The electrician arrived just after 8:30 am. Was well presented and polite. Fitted new smoke alarm and was on his way within 5 mins. No problems.

Riverside are withholding our money …
Riverside are withholding money which has been paid to them by my late mother and will not return it, despite making promises that they will send it back. They are deliberately ignoring my calls and emails which is totally unacceptable. Disgusting way to treat people. The money is a part refund for service charge due to my late mother having to tolerate two years of heating not working correctly and having to use portable heaters which cost a fortune to run. The poor treatment in the first place is bad enough, but then to not return the payment that is rightfully ours, is tantamount to stealing in my opinion.

4 star because I can only give a 5 only if and when the job is done as I have had jobs where the job was given a time and date only to have it change.
So until the job is under way a 4 is the best I will give.

Absolute shambles of a landlord
Previous leak into my daughter's room took 3 YEARS to resolve. The latest one is now going into it's 13 month with another leak in the dining room going into it's 11th month. Complaint in with the Ombudsman, emails to the CEO and no action.
Jane Murphy was appointed by the CEO to handle the matter and doesn't respond to emails or calls. Makes appointments for the dining room to be repaired when we're in work despite being told what day works for us. Robert Grainger and supposed Higher Management come out look and just put repeat inspections of the roof in. The roof was fully renewed in Feb 23 and has had EIGHT repairs to it to solve the leak and hasn't. What sort of job was done in the first place?
If you fall behind on your rent though they will tell you it's in your tenancy to pay in advance. Well it's also in the tenancy that Riverside will maintain your home, clearly the tenancy only works one way with Riverside.
The damp in my daughter's room has seen her put on inhalers but Riverside seem happy to just leave her in it.
MP and Ombudsman are involved but they still won't do anything.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if we could move we would be out in a shot.
Edit: Even the below reply didn't prompt a response or resolution as they state. The whole organisation is a sham

Residents are subject to assault’s verbally and physically and upon reporting to service managers nothing is done . People suffer due to no protection for victims . The company seem more interested in slogans that are misleading and deflecting complaints as corporations do and hiding behind GDPR . As a result residents are suffering in silence . I urge anyone who is a victim and not being supported to contact the police and get the appropriate support . I wish all the that are suffering at the hands of perpetrators and biased staff alike hope reach out where you can to the local council commissioner and police . Also remember Samaritans are there if you need someone to talk to. God bless .

If I could give no stars I would.where to begin, Sales team don't care we should have moved on to a riverside property months ago but have face delay after delay on a housing estate where apparently the issues faced only seem to affect their properties as other companies are still moving people in. All we get are lies upon lies

not very happy.
Have lived in a riverside property for 3 years now, my first flat had no running water and my bathroom flooded when I got a shower because the shower base had been fitted upside down but nothing was ever done after many complaints and when a workman did come out all they ever said was I WILL HAVE TO SPEAK TO MY SUPERVISOR and rubbed their chin I will have to log the job again but according to the building manager all my jobs had been done...lazy liars. So I was moved to another flat were my toilet fell off the wall when I flushed it smashing the main toilet and the seat..they fitted a new toilet but I waited nearly 9 months for a new seat.
Just should not be happening.
