Richer Sounds - Romford Arvostelua 

Graham knew his TVs and fully explained tech stuff to me so buying a new one was stress-free. Would recommend to others.

Whilst I have only part received my order, Richer Sounds Romford went out of their way to ensure I ordered the correct products even letting me try some demo speakers at home - Joel was extremely helpful and patient whilst I tried various options - great shop run by great people

I have used Richer Sounds a number of times and always found them to be helpful and competitive. On one occasion a few years ago, I did have a TV fail and their 6 year guarantee proved invaluable, with a quick repair service offered. I have just purchased a new TV over the phone and dealt with Ash at their Romford store. Ash offered some great advice, resulting in a better outcome for me. The delivery service was second to none too. I ordered on the Friday and the TV was delivered on the Saturday. Well done Richer Sounds.

The website is excellent, but the guys in the shop and their in-depth knowledge of the products they sell and their compnay are the reason I make the extra effort to see the products up close and demonstrated. A face to face service that is becoming all too rare these days.
The Website has honest in depth reviews that you can trust. For the product I wanted I was left with a very positive experience.
The prices, which tbh is the deal breaker are excellent, always competitive.
I was met with super enthusiastic & motivated employees, working for a company that cares and continues to deliver year after year.
It was nice to use Richer Sounds and not be lazy and go straight to obvious online retailers.

I have always shopped with Richer Sounds and have been a customer of theirs for at least 40 years, but not at Romford.
I spoke with the manager, Steve. He is a very well informed salesperson as well as the manager, I was looking at a particular turntable that they had in stock. We had a great discussion and I also had the pleasure of listening to other elements of hifi that I may consider in the future.
The service I was given, was second to none, if you require assistance before a purchase, I would highly recommend contacting them.
Because I was also trying to get rid of a nasty earth buzz, I also decided on a phono stage that was not in stock. I received this sooner than was stated. Excellent service all round.

Being very much old school and not sure what to look for on the tech side. I found Rich.of the Romford store very helpful/patient in selecting a 50" replacement TV . Also timed delivery was spot on the following day

Got my soundbar delivered to my home the following day. A few days later got a courtesy call too see if all is ok

I had a Samsung TV fail coming up to the 6 year mark , the guarantee was great as I had the option of getting the TV repaired or a voucher I could use towards a new one. Decided to go for a mini led HiSense as a replacement and very happy with the quality of this new TV. The staff very helpful at processing the new order an dealing with the voucher etc , very pleased I had bought the previous TV with the guarantee.

On Saturday I dealt with rich I found him knowable and friendly and patient but on Sunday I went back for a bracket I wasn’t impressed I choose a cheaper bracket then the one they tried to sell me and Paul tried to tell it might not fit but I wasn’t dealing with him
