Richer Sounds - Romford Arvostelua

Great company, always have and always will purchase my audiovisual equipment from Richer Sounds. Great advice given.

Purchased a Samsung S99H 65inch, Dave was very friendly and helpful. Organised next day delivery, excellent communication throughout, delivery was very good also. Very impressed with this new TV it is absolutely stunning.

I ordered TV on 21st July and was not given delivery date as out if stock but to my surprise, I got delivery on 28th July which was very impressive

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful in dealing with my queries. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Popped into the Romford store looking for a tv and received great advice from staff and there was zero sales pressure just honest advice to help me pick the right set for my room

I went to Richer Sounds looking for a speaker cable for my '90s hi-fi. The gentleman who served me (whose name I've already forgotten!) was very knowledgeable, and showed me several options, outlining the pros and cons of each one. I went with his recommendation for my hi-fi, and it has never sounded so good.

Very helpful assistance and advice over the phone. Great purchasing experience.

A really efficient company, great pricesxand next day delivery

From the expert advice we were given in store to the delivery of our new sound bar, the Richer service was exemplary.

Graham knew his TVs and fully explained tech stuff to me so buying a new one was stress-free. Would recommend to others.

Whilst I have only part received my order, Richer Sounds Romford went out of their way to ensure I ordered the correct products even letting me try some demo speakers at home - Joel was extremely helpful and patient whilst I tried various options - great shop run by great people

I have used Richer Sounds a number of times and always found them to be helpful and competitive. On one occasion a few years ago, I did have a TV fail and their 6 year guarantee proved invaluable, with a quick repair service offered. I have just purchased a new TV over the phone and dealt with Ash at their Romford store. Ash offered some great advice, resulting in a better outcome for me. The delivery service was second to none too. I ordered on the Friday and the TV was delivered on the Saturday. Well done Richer Sounds.

As usual help went beyond other companies. I had several questions and staff were helpful (including looking at the manual on line) to give me an answer
Staff very friendly

A breath of fresh air !
A Genuine welcome and happy knowledgable staff my first time at a Richer sounds , won’t be my last !

The website is excellent, but the guys in the shop and their in-depth knowledge of the products they sell and their compnay are the reason I make the extra effort to see the products up close and demonstrated. A face to face service that is becoming all too rare these days.
The Website has honest in depth reviews that you can trust. For the product I wanted I was left with a very positive experience.
The prices, which tbh is the deal breaker are excellent, always competitive.
I was met with super enthusiastic & motivated employees, working for a company that cares and continues to deliver year after year.
It was nice to use Richer Sounds and not be lazy and go straight to obvious online retailers.

Manager who sold us the tv was helpful and took time to explain how the tv worked and it was a pleasure to purchase from him 88

I have always shopped with Richer Sounds and have been a customer of theirs for at least 40 years, but not at Romford.
I spoke with the manager, Steve. He is a very well informed salesperson as well as the manager, I was looking at a particular turntable that they had in stock. We had a great discussion and I also had the pleasure of listening to other elements of hifi that I may consider in the future.
The service I was given, was second to none, if you require assistance before a purchase, I would highly recommend contacting them.
Because I was also trying to get rid of a nasty earth buzz, I also decided on a phono stage that was not in stock. I received this sooner than was stated. Excellent service all round.

Being very much old school and not sure what to look for on the tech side. I found Rich.of the Romford store very helpful/patient in selecting a 50" replacement TV . Also timed delivery was spot on the following day
