I was pleased to be able to audition a new amplifier at home with the option of a return and refund within two weeks. However, when I asked for the price match to be honoured I was told despite the exact same product being available at £100 cheaper elsewhere it wasn’t eligible because it didn’t have the same warranty period offered by Richer Sounds, so I think the price match offer by RS is quite deceptive.
I was given a £30 discount which helped sweeten the pill somewhat.

We bought a new LG TV from you recently. The staff in the shop were very helpful and pleasant. The purchase was made efficiently and with no delays and the TV and Freeview box were set aside for Kevin to collect for us.
Those were the positive points.
I felt I had to buy another TV as the Panasonic I bought from you last April had developed a fault. It has been sent away for repair leaving us with no TV in our lounge. Your guarantee does not provide a spare set and we found it too inconvenient to manage without a TV to watch. This was made even more difficult because my husband has Alzheimer's disease. Watching TV is his only entertainment during the day.

As always helpful service, rapid delivery, aided me in carrying TV to the car.
