Great service late on a Sunday afternoon!
We walked into the store at 1515 on a Sunday as we needed a TV that we could take home that day. We had a few models in mind and Ying checked the availability very quickly. I then mentioned I was looking for a Hifi with a CD player and a turntable and asked if it was too late in the day to get this aswell. Ying said 'no problem' and we ended up getting that at the same time, all really easy as he answered all of our questions and looked after us very well.

Great advice
I was not sure what cartridge to buy to fit our Denon turntable. Jay took time to explain what was available and how they would sound. On his advice I purchased 2 Ortofon Blue ( one was a gift). We are very happy as they made a tremendous improvement to our listening experience. Excellent advice. Thank you Jay.

Our TV was delivered on time
Our TV was delivered on time. It has a good picture and sound. Jamie at Richer Sounds advised how to assemble the stand keeping the screen safe so there were no worries. If you get confused with the connections Richer Sounds tell you how by email or phone so it is all easy.

Didn't go as well as it should have
Didn't go as well as it should have.
Firstly, i like Richer Sounds. I like their ethos. I've used them for years. Bought a clearance amp. Delivery was quick. Amp was dead on arrival. Had been physically checked but not checked to see if it worked. Arranging collection took a further four days. Multiple days waiting at home only for the replacement to be deliberately delayed because collection hadn't yet been arranged. Ultimately it all got sorted and the replacement was fine. But this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave us a review.
We were very sorry to read of the issues you experienced with your recent purchase, and that the replacement didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. Any customer with a faulty item should of course be prioritised, so it’s disappointing that the resolution took too long; rest assured we’ll review what happened so that lessons can be learnt from what went wrong and the process improved.
Apologies again,
The Customer Experience team
