Richer Sounds - Plymouth Arvostelua

My Cyrus CD7 had given up the ghost after 25 years of service so i was looking for a replacement. I had been told by a dealer locally that the replacement - CDi had sold out completely and not available anywhere. Richer Sounds were advertising stock. I was sceptical so I called the Plymouth branch and spoke to Oana who was helpful, professional and answered my questions - took and order and communicated a delivery date. The product did turn up - earlier than promised and is now working well in the HiFi stack. I then received an email from Oana to check everything was OK. Great service is alive and living in Plymouth !

Was helped to make a decision of what was best for me, on choosing a Tv

From the outset the staff at the Plymouth branch have been helpful and personable upon purchasing a number of items.
When there was a problem with a Cambridge Audio amp they went beyond strict protocal to solve the issue.
Thanks Richer Soinds

A staff that know the products being sold. The only shop to suggest a cheaper option if they believe it is in the customer interest. A shop that does not want just today's business they want life time customers and I am.

I bought a Hisense tv using Richer Sounds on line store and decided to collect it myself from my local store. Before collecting it a week later I noticed that it was now advertised at a cheaper price. I drew this to the assistants attention when collecting and was immediately refunded the difference. Good experience, well done.

Richer sounds Plymouth were very good and very patient on my phone call when placing my order

Knowledge, helpfulness.

We are repeat customers to our local Richer Sounds. Why? Because of the personal service with sound knowledge and advice. You can purchase confidently knowing you are getting the best price because the company will price match.
Hopefully it will not require me to return very soon but when I do I am confident that the level of care and service will still be there. Thank you

Richer Sounds is my go to experts for all audio and television needs and I'm never disappointed. My recent upgrade of audio equipment was chosen after a lot of help in store. Nothing is too difficult for them and I now have a superb sound system. Many thanks

Excellent service and great prices over Currys

Expert advice on budget headphones guidance given over from the sales assistant. He showed me the various options at the shop's disposal and was very helpful in finding me the right pair.

I was looking for a 75 & 40inch- after searching online and trying to bring myself up to speed. I called Richer Sounds, was well advised and wish I had called straight away rather than waste time on the internet.

Both TV and Sounbar packages are excellent

Very good service
