Richer Sounds - Holborn Arvostelua

It was a pleasure to visit this cozy musical store. Steve made me an offer I could not resist. Thank you for the the opportunity. I love the headphones!

Very quick reply to my email inquiry requesting cost and delivery of discounted Q Acoustic speakers which resulted in purchase of the speakers and very quick delivery. Thank you.

Richer Sounds has been my first (and usually only) shop to buy from. There are a number of reasons but three stand out. First is the staff, knowledgeable, friendly, ready to answer questions. Second the after sales service, on the odd time I've needed it they have been most helpful, third prices, Almost always either or near the cheapest and combined with points one and two the best buy. It seems invidious to single out one individual in a history of helpful staff but Elliot had all the qualities that make it such a pleasure to shop at Richer Sounds.

It’s a pleasure to visit a shop that is interested in ensuring that I buy the best equipment for my wants rather than something that might just about do, but is going to make them the biggest profit margin.

Holborn extremely helpful, courteous.
Advice on new Sennheiser headphones. Purchased but didn't work with the USB C adapter that I had to use for my lighting phone. Very understanding and helpful.

The original advice was exactly what I needed to find what I wanted. Most helpful!
Once I had decided what I wanted, the purchase was completed speedily and hassle free.
At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing something I didn't need.
The product was delivered promptly and to the specified time.

Customer satisfaction
The Team at the branch supported me ver much, they kindly guided me and give valuable information about the products.

Staffs was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I have opportunity to try the product before buying. Room available for trial.

Steve went above and beyond to sort out my order, very knowledgable on the product range and gave me brilliant tailored advice. Would recommend anyone looking to buy a high end piece of equipment to go through richer sounds as their warranty is the best in industry and if you know anything about the company they make sure to look after both their staff & customers.

Excellent service - out of the store in 3 minutes with factory packed Audio Technica turntable!

Bought from you before. Excellent service knowledgeable after sales fantastic. A1 company

Easy purchase and super-fast delivery of replacement (same again) for 26 year old Denon mini-system, followed by sound advice re new speaker able to enhance the listening experience.

Really helpful staff. Served straight away and pointed out the goods I was looking for. Offered a trial before buying. Quite a refreshing experience.

I received expert advice and no hard sell.

I was after a specific hifi stand which I had ordered direct from the manufacturer but they kept pushing the delivery date back. Found the same stand at Richer Sounds and went to my local store. The shop staff were very helpful, ordered up the item from their warehouse and had it delivered the next day. Very happy with service and speed of delivery.

Product was an excellent fit to improve my dated and peace-meal set-up. The shop gave me honest feedback suggesting cheaper options etc

I'm really glad that there are still shops like this that have grate staff to advise and that you can have a look around

I was flying in from India, got in touch with Richer Sounds Holborn store Manager Steve, who helped me make the choice and had all I wanted ordered and ready for collection upon my arrival.
