Richer Sounds - Exeter Arvostelua 

Having just received a record deck as a present from my children it was soon patently obvious that neither my speakers nor headphones were going to connect and I was left with only the sound generated by the deck.
Off to Richer Sounds who not only have free parking but give you the very best advice you can get.
Today after about a fortnight of worry I now have music to my ears and connected exterior speakers. The accessories to make this happen didn’t come cheap but it was well worth it for knowledge these guys have and a big thankyou to Nick that I am now listening to an LP without my wife shouting up the stairs “turn that bleep bleep racket down”

After 20 years service my Cambridge Audio amp and CD player (also bought from Richer Sounds) finally failed and was swiftly replaced. The store in Exeter was more than helpful answering emails promptly and reserving my equipment choice for later collection that day. Very happy customer.

When I called to ask about availability of two items, it wasn’t made entirely clear when I could pick them up, so I made an unnecessary journey. However, the shop arranged for delivery in a couple of days. Also, when I enquired about a free Chord cable with the Roksan Caspian amp that was advertised I was told that wasn’t so - when I checked after getting home, it was still advertised on the website. Having said that, I was given a free optical cable because of my trouble, as well as honouring an in store price for the Attessa CD transport which was less than the advertised price, so all in all I was happy!

First of all, my new TV is awesome. Service from the team at the Exeter branch was second to none, I was kept informed from the moment I ordered online to when I collected from the store, the guys even carried the TV out to my van for me. Cannot fault at all!
