Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Arvostelua

Great in shop help and online ordering and delivery very smooth

Excellent staff and excellent presentation of technically difficult subjects. The best….

The advice I was given was expert, friendly and helpful

All round great helpful staff order was on time. Great service .

Richer Sounds staff are courteous, efficient and helpful, a refreshing contrast to much of the care-less online retail world. They were swift to resolve any problem - in my case a delivery issue outside RS control hence my return for another purchase. I am delighted with the product. Happy to recommend them. (Tele sales purchase.)

Dan at RS Bournemouth is worth his weight in gold. Bought a brilliant Panasonic tele from him and he really helped in us making a great choice. Highly recommend RS for all your home entertainment needs.

Oscar made my purchase easy and straightforward with advice that wasn’t bias towards how much money I was going to spend. I like how the advise isn’t pro one brand that choice was was left to me decide. Great around customer service. Many thanks.

Absolutely first class as always.
Great staff ( Bournemouth ).
Wouldn't go anywhere else for TVs and Hi Fi's.

Dealt with Oscar. Really easy transaction, Excellent service throughout. Many Thanks

Lewis gave us plenty of time and shared his extensive knowledge enabling us to come to what we think was a sensible decision in buying a new TV. He gave us the facts and let us come to our decision. A good salesman in our opinion

Helpful unbiased advice from Lewis in your Bournemouth branch. Ordered the Audio-Technica AT-LP5X. Delivered very quickly using DPD, so I could track the 1 hour delivery slot and plan my day, without having to stay in. Turntable sounds great with lots of output options. So easy to connect to my Naim Mu-so.

The level of customer service (Dan at the Bournemouth shop) has been truly outstanding. If only other retailers were as good! Thank you 😊

Excellent experience from the team and Paul at the Bournemouth store. Would highly recommend.

I initially spoke to Aaron on the phone who was helpful and clearly experienced. I then visited the shop and Dan helped me with my order, he was efficient, friendly and helpful. The deal on the two TV’s I purchased was great, far better than the competition. I would definitely recommend this shop and company.

Great Service and super knowledgeable staff

Put simply Excellent customer service and value for money
Other companies should take a leaf out of their book
Well done Paul and many thanks for helping me find the right product 10/10

Staff attentive with good product knowledge and I felt safe and satisfied with the whole product purchase

The greeting we received as we entered the shop was a very good start. Once we said the equipment we hoped to buy a very helpful assistant joined us.
With his help and guidance we found the turntable that was exactly what we had in mind.
A very successful purchase.

Very knowledgeable and helpful advice.
