Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Arvostelua

Aaron was very helpful in Bournemouth shop. Helped us make a decision. Would have been 5 star but there was an issue with the tv. However it was swapped the following day. Shops should be judged no5 only on price but also how they resolve problems which was done promptly and without any fuss.

Very helpful staff. Thanks Aaron and Paul

I purchased a Humax FHR6000T. The first box didn't perform well. I spoke to the manager at Boscombe branch Paul who went over and above to correct the problem, and is still working on the continuing problem. HUMAX 1 STAR PAUL 10 STARS give him a bonus. 11

Really helpful and informative service and I left with what I wanted.

Richer Sounds was recommended to me by a friend, it was very easy to find exactly what I wanted and the delivery was much quicker than expected.

Great store great prices brilliant staff who are all very knowledgeable about the product s , I wouldn’t go anywhere else , why would you ? 5 star service in every way ,

Always a great service from the team in Bournemouth. Never try to upsell you anything. Full of information.

Came to the Bournemouth store to purchase an amplifier and the service and information was incredible. I received such a good price on the amp (open box product) that I purchased a turntable as well. Will definitely return for future purchases

Really competitive price on the product we purchased and helpful staff when we collected the order

Service provided was very good

I was unsure about the name and type
Of soundboard I needed for my size room and the highest quality of sound for my limited budget. The assistant Mr
Lewis suggested a Dennon, and I must say I am over the moon with the result.

Delivery quick, competitive price

Firstly, it is a sad fact that there are fewer specialist hi-fi retailers in Bournemouth than there were, say, twenty years ago, so our choice was somewhat limited in this respect. That isn't meant to be a back-handed compliment by the way - just setting context. We really did receive first class service in-store and it was great to receive help from someone (Dan) who actually knew what he was talking about, which is welcome when you're spending significant amounts of cash on a product. No hard-sell, just helpful advice. We could certainly recommend your company to anyone else who was thinking of purchasing a new hi-fi setup.

Telesales was a convenient way to source a Chord Mojo 2 at a bargain price.
Staff were friendly, accommodating and made the over the phone purchase straightforward and easy.
Whenever I next need any audiovisual equipment I’ll make sure to give Richer Sounds a go! Highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the service and excellent advise that we were given. Highly recommended.

Good experience as always. Good knowledge from your staff, very helpful.
I will return at a later date.

Popped in to the local store as moral support for a friend and made the most of asking one of the RS team about a specific item. The advice and options given resulted in a purchase, plus as a treat, we managed to get a showing of the opening sequence of the F1 movie in the demo room, very nice. Great service and a great team at the store.

These guys really know their stuff. Was given a HiFi for a present and needed some speakers. Really helpful and great price (£100 off as a VIP member). Not in stock but they ordered them and they arrived next day. Fantastic service.

Polite young man very helpful quick service .When it came to delivering my TV not so good .It was not sent to my home as expected but to a pickup point.as I am over 80years old this was not easy, maybe I could have been told this at the start. I was surprised to be given a telephone number of someone if I needed my T V set up which Idid so far I have not been able to contact anyone at the given number

Great in shop help and online ordering and delivery very smooth
