Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Arvostelua

I was aware that Richer Sounds has an excellent reputation via Which the Consumer Organisation. Also through previous personal use.

I phoned in advance and said what I was looking to purchase.

When I arrived I was greeted courteously.
All of my product technical questions were answered and relevant details explained so that I could choose between devices and make the right purchase.

Much better than buying online. At Richer one can deal with a knowledgable staff member.

I was also shown the listening room which was useful, with a view to any future purchases.

The goods were delivered on time as agreed.

I will install the kit in a few weeks, confident in the knowledge that if I have any questions I will be helped on the phone by someone knowledgeable.

Also a six year guarantee is part of the deal unlike many other outlets.

Thank you and well done Richer Sounds.
Your accolades are well deserved.

all at the shop were super helpful and guided me to what I was looking for initially ... then a budget change allowed for a 'better' choice and they thought it was a good choice .... Technics turntable and Triangle active speakers ... Sounds Fantastic

My request to purchase my headphones and take it off the credit voucher through telesales was easy to do. The service was prompt and hassle free.

Richer Sounds prices can never be beaten. But what makes them special is their, above and beyond, customer service which is the best of any business/organisation with whom I've had dealings/purchases. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and very competitive prices, very helpful with delivery too.
