Richer Sounds - Bath Arvostelua

Knowledgeable salesperson who provided tailored advice for our specific situation. Attentive and non-pressured follow up. Genuine first class client experience.

Outstanding knowledge from the team in Bath.
Really helped me choose the right set of headphones.
Thanks so much. It was a real joy to shop in the store.

Perfect Christmas Present for teenage granddaughter. Excellent Price and convenient store location. Good communication and excellent customer care.

Once again excellent service and advice plus a good price and a 6 year guarantee.

The earphones are impressive, although not quite as comfortable as I would like.
However the service I received was very much to my taste.
I bought what I thought would be the ideal earphones online, but they didn't work with my TV. I took them back to Bath, swapped them for a slightly more expensive pair, then 4 hours later for an even more expensive pair (without opening the box).
Good up selling, but also really helpful and kind. Thank you gentlemen.

Purchased a Hisense-43e7qtuk TV and JBL sound bar, also taking out the additional guarantees. Although the items were available at the same price at a larger national retail outlet, at RS the guarantees were much better priced, being c. £80 cheaper...... for better guarantees. Even if you don't want the additional guarantees I felt you got better product knowledge from the store staff.

Pro-ject Pick it 25a black

Contacted Bath store to check availability. Was in stock and reserved one for collection that afternoon. Sean was very helpful.

Hayden was extremely helpful when I rang customer service and honoured a price that was advertised but changed when I added the item to my basket. He dealt with everything very efficiently and my item arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Awful delivery experience , waited in on two occasions for DPD and they failed to turn up . In the end had the item delivered to store for collection .

Staff were brilliant and have given me loads of information and guidance . Very happy

Great experience, selecting, ordering and collecting from the team in Bath …

Professional and friendly communication via email leading up to visit. Helpful staff in the shop. Very happy with the product purchased.

Brilliant customer service. Helpful and knowledgeable. Myself and my family would never buy a TV from anywhere else. Highly recommend.

What an awful experience. Went in for some advice about what’s the best turntable and amp setup with a view to buying all the kit. Was left with Ben a trainee who did a great job, but was ignored by his line manager not responding to our request for help and shorthand flippant answers to what were complicated questions. Fair play Ben for giving it your best and to the other guy behind the counter - shame on you!

Tom - I have on 31st Jan sent you a comprehensive email documenting the incident in full as requested.

Great experience, staff friendly and very Knowledgeable, Tom was happy to help me set up my record player;-) Thankyou Richer sounds..;-)

Easy to order.
Good communication.
Easy pick up.
Even a car park.

Sales team were really helpful and experienced. Next day delivery

After looking on their website and comparing prices with others I decided to go with Richer sounds.
I did find the TV I was going to buy slightly cheaper on another site and contacted the telesales team they were so helpful.
They beat the other price and with the 6 year guarantee Richer Sounds gives it was easy to choose them over all the others.
