Richer Sounds - Bath Arvostelua

I have just purchased a Marantz CD player. I'm very pleased with the purchase. I like Richer Sounds because they know their stuff

Helpful, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

Went in to buy some speakers for my home hifi they were very helpful and guided me in the right direction as in what it was I needed looking forward to getting them 👌

Professional, efficient and friendly service 👍

I phoned the Bath branch to check if they had a particular radio in stock. Fred told me that they didn't but he ordered one in for me. It arrived quickly and I went to collect it - they were even happy for my nervous dog to attend. Whilst in the shop, I asked for some help with TVs which was given very patiently - considering my huge lack of knowledge! Customer service was amazing and I shopped there largely due to the culture and the business being employee-owned.

Good product - in stock at the shop
Good price
Friendly and knowledgeable staff

My Richer Sounds man worked out what was needed and between us we settled what met demands.
A couple of snags were sorted including payment requirements. All was done very swiftly.
Thanks !

excellent service with good personal contact

I have brought HiFi from various Richer Sounds branches over 30 plus years, and have always found them to be very knowledgeable, not patronizing and always offer the best price. This is all true for the latest purchase from the Bath branch - thank you!

Easy to order, salesman was excellent

Great service, helpful staff.

Great service, very efficient and helpful

I have used Richer Sounds in Bath for the last 8 years and have always found them to be honest and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their products. The most recent purchase was a 43" QLED television for my brother in law who has special needs. I explained this to Sean and he recommended this particular TV because it comes with a 7 year guarantee and because it is quite straight forward to operate. As always, great service from Richer Sounds. I never go anywhere else for my TV or HiFi equipment. The TV itself was easy to set up and has great picture and sound quality. My brother in law has worked it very quickly.

It makes a change to enter a store and the staff know what their talking about. Well done lads.

Online experience good and intuitive to follow. Sean in the Bath shop served myself and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased a Denon AVR. I phoned before going over and was given very good, helpful information. I drove to Bath the following day, the store was easy to find with parking at the rear. I had a couple of questions regarding my purchase, which were answered helpfully.

I explained my situation and RS were able to give me good advice and suggest a turntable which was sent next day. very happy.

Very pleased I visited Richer Sounds in Bath. Tom was very helpful in updating me on latest options. Purchased a Cambridge CD player that was compatible with my current system. Parking available at back of store made collection on my way home, a couple of days later very convenient.

Good knowledge of products and understood what I needed.
