I was offered an earlier appointment than scheduled.
The engineer arrived within the timeframe he was expected. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my elderly washing machine quickly.

Quick appointment and repair
It was easy to book the appointment via AEG. Although the initial booking was rescheduled, it was only a day later. The technician found the problem and fixed the cooker hood quickly. As he was running behind schedule, it would have been helpful to provide updates on arrival times.

Excellent Service
It took four visits to fix our machine but, fingers crossed, it's now OK. Very efficient, friendly engineers who arrived on time and were very thorough, clean and tidy.

He was punctual
He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient.
He also ordered us some replacement drawers for fridge freezer. These have now arrived, but one vegetable crisper drawer was already broken when we opened the parcel.

Our first and final engineer was great!
Our first and final engineer, Peter was great - very professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. On the first visit Peter quickly diagnosed the issue and explained this clearly along with the repair process and parts required. Unfortunately, Peter didn't have all the parts required to do the fix on the first visit, but booked us in for a return visit once parts would be recieved. Before he left he ran me through how to ensure that the 2 unaffected hob rings, grill and oven could still be used and showed me the reset / override process to follow when the error showed.
After Peter left, the office called to bring the next visit forward. However, when the different engineer arrived he did not have all the parts to complete the repair and had to leave without touching the cooker.
Peter returned the following week, with all required parts, completed the strip down and repair in a timely manner, left no mess whatsoever and was again very professional with great customer care. The cooker is working perfectly - thank you Peter!

Great Service
They were very quick responding to my call about my fridge freezing all my salad food. Called on Thursday and engineer came Saturday morning and repaired it great work. Also from calling to book a appointment to the engineer calling they were very polite and let you know what time they would be here.
