Great service

Great service. Engineer arrived on time and was very respectful. Worked out the fault quickly and efficiently to complete the repair. Very grateful for a trusted service - thank you.

Contacting customer service is very easy.
Organised repair technician as soon as possible and had few follow up emails.
On the day technician came at right time and went very well.
I am extremely satisfied with the way they dealt the issue

Excellent customer service and repair.

The company organised the repair quickly, communicated efficiently throughout the whole process and completed the repair to an excellent standard. The technician was on time, organised and explained what needed to be done.

Fast and efficient

Our engineer quickly identified the problem, fixed it and checked there were no other problems with the appliance. He didn't make a mess and was very polite. Couldn't have asked for better service
