I booked the appointment which was in a matter of days to have the engineer out to my machine, he realised the problem and ordered the parts a couple of days later my machine was up and running like new again..

engineer did a great job, its a shmae he had to visit twice because he was supplied with a wrong part. He was tidy, fast and efficient

John was very efficient and professional. The repair was quite tricky and he did a great job.

From our repair being passed from AEG to Respond Services we have received excellent communication. Our original repair date was brought forward which helped! The technician was professional and sorted the repair quickly checking everything before leaving.

Very friendly professional guy. Gave some good advice about future use of the fan oven.

Engineer phoned to say was on his way, was obviously very knowledgeable & experienced, diagnosed fault quickly & had correct spare part with him to fix the problem. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Took the 3rd visit to fix . Mine is a dual top oven so once it was diagnosed as the electrical problem it was fixed straight away and in print fashion

Noel quickly fixed our oven. He has been efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

The engineer that came was fantastic, he replaced our broken hob in less than 10 minutes and didn´t do any sort of mess in our kitchen. I strongly recommend him to other customers and this is why I am still giving 5 stars (he deserves it!).
Booking the service, however, was a lengthy process and I spent probably almost an hour to book it. I was also disappointed that in the previous week Zanussi did not inform me the (Then) booked repair was not gonna happen until I called them at the end of the day of the day before the repair to ask why I hadn´t received a confirmation text informing the time slot for the service.

So basically: engineer guy that came - fantastic; Zanussi booking service: lengthy, had to speak to different services via chat, repeat information, wait a lot. Customer service: not great, I was not informed that the first booking wasn´t gonna happen.

The engineer was very polite and friendly He explained the issue with the dishwasher clearly and completed the repair quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. He also gave suggestions on maintenance. Excellent service.

Service engineer was on time, phoned ahead to inform us of his arrival time . The work was carried out efficiently and a full explantation was given as to the repair to be carried out and it was undertaken efficiently . The engineer ensured everything was working after the repair, took time to clean up and replace everything as it was originally . Top marks
