On my first initial contact over telephone, the conversation was handled sensitively and with care.. I felt I was listened too and that a personal approach was provided.
On meeting with Jordan Turner at my nursery, I was pleasantly impressed with his attitude, personality and professionalism along with the amount of research that he had done, who clearly knew my nursery very well. Jordan paid attention, engaged and asked me questions during nursery visit..
