DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!
Empty promises to sell our company from Brian, promising the earth but absolutely no communication from him once he got our listing money, paid £3,000, even after we emailed him about our disappointment of what we had experienced.
Advertising of our business was a simple disaster! Photos were incorrect on some sites and the description of the business inferior and basic. What was posted was substandard! No professional photos taken just quick snap shots of the premises on the day Brian visited us.
Tried on numerous occasions to get hold of someone to talk to about the matter with no response. Left messages emails etc.
Utterly disappointed.

Very helpful consultant (Jonathan McElhinney) got the transaction moving and at all times was pragmatic and resourceful where bumps in the road did occur.

Overall a good experience — communication was clear from Tom and the process moved forward as expected. There were a few minor points along the way, but the transaction completed successfully in the end.

Very professional throughout and made the whole process seamless.

AVOID!
Paid them £3000 upfront with great promises that never materialised. Only 2/3 months in! My account manager won't reply to emails, the director who took my money won't reply to emails.
They won't send out NDAs (potential customers I have found through my own advertising, not theirs).
Can find no evidence online of my business being advertised anywhere, so what was £3000 for?
seems like a total scam!
No alternative but to seek legal action to get my money back!

Gave them £3,000 upfront on the usual promises they could easily sell my business! Account manager NEVER replied to emails, never sends out NDAs etc. Having to deal with potential customers myself!
As for the director who sold me the dream? Again, won't answer emails, phone etc!
Utter disgrace of a company!

Their business model is based on making money by signing businesses up NOT selling the business for the best interest of the business owner. They will over inflate the prices so you sign up with them. Then charge you to get you signed up because they make you believe they've got buyers on standby. Only then you realise their business model is based on making money on signing people up to sell their business as opposed to actually getting the business sold which isn't seen as the primary objective. They'll also take legal action against you aggressively if you protest to paying unreasonable fees once you've signed up. HIRE YOUR OWN LAWYER TO CHECK WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING!
