Purchase 12th April 2026. Faulty, poor quality Folding Floor Mattress 4 Fold Memory Foam Mattress Futon Bed
£119.99. Central zip holding it together broken after only X2 uses. Unfit for purpose, poor quality and will potentially cause serious back injury if further used.
I initially requested a replacement but was offered a partial refund of £15.
I did not accept this and have twice requested a full refund and to return the item. I have received an email stating I will only get a partial refund of if £10.

Quality mattress ad quality service

I've slept well since getting it,have trapped a nerve on my right side,but I've been able to sleep on my right side since.

I have tried to return a chair to this company,
But I can’t send it back to them because they will not give me accurate name and address so the only way is to pay £20 for them to arrange for collection which I now have agreed to do,
They asked when I wanted it collected but I have not heard from them, all my emails to them have now disappeared. In my experience I would advise anyone thinking about buying from them don’t I think there is something wrong with them.Is it a scam?

I ordered my king size memory foam mattress on Sunday and it was delivered on the following Wednesday, I was shocked and very pleased with how fast the delivery was.
The mattress itself is firm but moulds gently by which I mean I don’t sink into it. For me it is comfortable but it might be a little too firm for some. I am very happy with it and would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Vary good quality product at an affordable price

We bought a Pagola with Canopy. Only problem is that the thin poles that slide into the Canopy don’t click together. Despite the instructions saying that they do. So, they just come apart whenever the slightest bit of wind picks up. Disappointing because other than that it’s ok.

Arrived quickly. Was exactly the stools we were looking for. Colour lovely.

Good quality, easy to assemble and is very comfortable, especially with the extending leg rest. A snip at the price compared to the competitors offerings.

Ordered a King sized mattress 11 days ago and still no sign of it. I have contacted Rattantree via their help page four times. Only once did they reply, telling me to be patient?
