Very good service, my son’s mattress is so comfortable (so he says).
It’s a shame you don’t do a super king size mattress.

The assembly was quite simple and well explained, at first we thought it looked good but after sitting on it for the fist time the seats started to sink and now all the the seating is looking concaved and worn but it only two weeks old not a good look, also the back cushions covers don't have zip off and are very sweaty in warmer weather, sorry I bought it and honestly couldn't recommend.

Brilliant mattress was a little skeptical when it arrived flat packed but opened up beautifully. I got the 30cm one it Very thick, Very comfortable and good quality fast delivery delighted

This is the second time I have purchased this mattress. It is really great if you like a very firm mattress like us. Also fits the budget. Delivery is also right on time!

I purchased a king size 25 cm mattress topper from this company for my mum who has since passed away
I have had absolutely NO customer service from this company They have dragged their heels replying to my emails and now tell me they don't have a service that will uplift the mattress topper that's still unopened and in its original vacuum packaging

Fabulous product. Step by step build. Good quality fixings and material. Only the clip hangers to the material are a bit lower standard. Overall, highly recommend

"This is by far the worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered a mattress, and the tracking status was suddenly updated to 'Delivered'. However, I received absolutely nothing. I was home, and no delivery agent ever contacted me.
When I tried to reach out to their customer support, they completely ignored my emails. No reply, no callback, no responsibility taken. They stole my money and ran away. And now, they have the audacity to send me an email asking for a 'review'! Well, here is your review: You are a bunch of fraudsters. Do NOT buy anything from Rattan Tree unless you want to lose your hard-earned money. Absolute pathetic service!"
