Delivery time appalling

I cannot fault the mattress but the delivery was an absolute nightmare. The used Evri. Took over a week from ordering to arrive. I have had mattresses from this company before, I already knew the product was good, so I tolerated the abysmal delivery service. I run a small B&B and needed a replacement ASAP. However, I had to close the room down (losing money) until it eventually arrived. Should I need anymore mattresses, I will go to Dreams, they offer a next day delivery service. RattanTree you need to look for a more reliable courier service, there are loads to choose from.

The outside seating set i purchased came as in 3 packages, the cover arriving separately. Emails said 2 packages, but this posed no problems.
Well packed, the set appears to be of good quality and is sturdy.
As a middle-aged woman with reasonable experience with building such items, I found the instructions easy to follow and it took about 4 hours to assemble on my own. Some bits were a little fiddly, but generally straightforward.
I would be happy to purchase again from this company and would say the item is very good value for its price.

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery, as described. One down side I didn’t notice from the pictures was that the seat cushion is raised in the middle area and lower at the edges. This can lead to an uneven feel.
