Help with refund
Our train was late enough in arriving that we would miss the connecting trains to the airport for an international flight. Thus we had to abandon the planned journey and procure a lift by car. It was disappointing but at least Raileasy helped me to get a full refund, for which we are grateful. Thanks guys.

Do not use Refusing Refund!
The place I was due to travel too is really badly flooded and therefore the tickets cannot be used I can’t make the journey contacted customer service and they will only offer a refund if someone has died and you need the death certificate or if you have a heart attack or something ridiculous I’m out of £90 because they are refusing to issue me a refund for something that is out of my control use someone else and save your money from being stolen.

It is essential to clarify that a refund cannot be granted solely due to your personal claims and your subsequent decision not to travel. We encourage you to review the outlined criteria for eligible refund processing, including the option to change your journey. If you are unable to proceed with this particular journey, you have the option to reschedule for a future date and request a refund for the original booking.
Additionally, if you decline to amend your booking, please be informed that an alternative option would be to seek reimbursement from your travel insurance.
We would like to emphasise that the regulations concerning advance fares are not determined by our company. While we empathise with your frustration and dissatisfaction, we regret that we are unable to modify the regulations to accommodate individual circumstances.

Refund process …
Despite information on website RailEasy processed my refund for a cancelled journey in only a few days. Would have given 5 stars but found website information misleading and discouraged me from approaching them in the first instance. Not easy to find correct info and contact on website.

Super quick response and resolution
My train was cancelled by LNER and I was really worried about securing a refund having booked through RailEasy. Sent an email at 07:30 with a few details and screenshots of the cancellation etc and by 10:00 I had received a lovely email from Pam letting me know that everything was sorted and that my outbound ticket was being refunded in full. Thanks for your prompt reply!!

Refunds made easy
I had booked rail tickets with Raileasy from Australia for travel within the UK, however i had to cancel these tickets due to family circumstances. I was not sure how to go about claiming a refund on the cancelled tickets so i sent an email to Customer Service at Raileasy seeking assistance. They replied to my email in a fast and efficient manner and guided me through the process for refunds always replying to my email queries in a fast and courteous manner. Most impressed with their service and they deserve a top rating for the manner in which they treated me and my concerns.

Don’t book with this site if you need to get a refund for you tickets it’s a nightmare. They don’t give you a full fund they’re a joke . Didn’t recommend at all

Cancelled train refund
Booked a return ticket. Outward train was cancelled which resulted in me having to cancel the trip. Emailed Customer Services and a full refund was processed within a couple of hours.
