On 7/29/2026 I had the exteme good forturne of speaking with Victoria at Railbookers. To say that she was awesome would be an understatement. This young woman loves to care for others, to make sure that everything is done correctly and that you get no ugly surprises.
I book our once in a life train experience for our wedding celebration in March 2027 in March 2026. I thought all was ok. For some reason I thought there was something wrong. After going months with that nagging issue, I decided to call and that is when I was blessed with this young lady. She went through each and every day of the trip, made sure all the dates were perfect, made the correction where it needed to be made and reissued me documentation with a new itinerary and other supporting documents. SHE CARED!! Yes, the error was relatively small and may or may not have created an issue but she would have none of that. She took her time to fix someone elses error. And for that I am so very thankful.
This is a young lady who truly knows what customer service means and in a day when those words are lost in the world of tech, she stands out as bright example of what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" truly means.

Railbookers changed my clients Zermatt hotel to a different hotel which did not have positive reviews. Sammi was able to get it changed to a perfect high rated hotel with Swiss character - a definite upgrade with which the clients are thrilled! She understands the importance of customer satisfaction and worked hard to turn an unpleasant situation into a win for all! She's awesome!

Chris Coburn helped me enormously with a serious problem making a reservation with Amtrak Vacations!!! He was TERRIFIC and a half!!!!! The trip will be wonderful because we are traveling from Chicago to San Antonio, Texas. Chris took my final payment after he fixed my problem. I think that HE did a WONDERFUL job, and I will use him again on my next trip with Amtrak Vactions!!!!!

To start, you should know that I am a GREAT travel planner - 35 years of foreign trips without a hitch and never needed help from anyone other than Frommers, Rick Steve and the internet. Yet France was SO frustrating! We planned to take the Chunnel from London to Lille, drive 10 days, dump our car in Orleans, then train to Paris and parts east and north. But the TRAINS - 3 different networks, different stations for most lines, coordination was a nightmare. I literally couldn’t figure it out.

So I took a chance. Railbookers advertises on Jeopardy, and I found that appealing. My first call sealed it - knowledgeable, highly professional and totally reassuring. They booked local, regional and cross boarder train lines; provided multiple hotel options after asking about preferences, all well located; coordinated all transfers seamlessly; and offered 24-hour support.

This is a SERIOUSLY good company. There wasn’t a single concern. Everything - every step - moved forward without problem. Hotel choices were good, and ones I ordinarily wouldn’t have selected. All totally coordinated without delay or confusion. Highly recommended and will use again - you should also without reservation

Such a wonderfully easy booking process. Super helpful & well informed staff , super speedy at either replying to your emails or actually picking up the phone to talk with you - who does that any more ?!
Listened carefully to what i was after and then created a smashing itinerary accordingly - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Rail Bookers and would not hesitate to use them again !

I've used Railbookers before and each time had a great experience. The prices are reasonable and customer service is great. They will give you an emergency number while on vacation if needed. I really liked that reassurance. Definitely will be using them in the future.

The driver that was going to provide a transfer from the train station to our hotel showed up so late that we had to take a cab.

Robin offered us lots of ways to customize our vacation. All the booking experiences were smooth. We loved the holiday. We will be using Railbookers again!!!

Senior Customer Support Specialist Hilary Klein did an excellent job helping me upgrade my train seats from 2nd class to 1st class on a long journey from Manorola, Italy to Paris France! Great job RB having people like Hilary offering their support!

We had a train trip from Frankfurt to Munich, first class, high speed. We got in the beautiful seats and a short time later, the steward told us the train wouldn’t go all the way to Munich and that we would have to change trains. He told us what station to get off on and told us to wait for the S3. We’re both very elderly and were dragging luggage. We got off the train, had to drag our suitcases down a flight of stairs, underneath the rail tracks, up another flight of stairs, and we waited. And waited. And waited. The S3 never showed up. An hour later we found some young people who spoke English since we didn’t speak a word of German and they told us the S3 does not run on Sunday, nor does the high-speed rail that we paid for run all the way to Munich on Sunday. They took us to a local train where we stood up and then they told us to get off a few stops later, and then a woman took pity on us and led us to another local train and we finally chug chugged into Munich, late. Appalling. After I posted a bad review on the rail booker site I got a call from them and they took my email address, but of course we never heard a word of follow up. We told our travel agent we would never do business with rail bookers again.

From the start, the account executives, Megan and Christina, were so great putting the perfect itinerary together for my clients.
During the trip there was a hiccup with an event where the date was changed and my clients showed up to an empty venue. I worked with "Luke" and Sammi, who were kind, attentive and persistent. Hats off to Sammi for being so persistent and following through on her promise for a call back with the solution. It meant so much that she cared about my clients as much as I did! Thank you, Railbookers. I'm a big fan!

Our Railbookers consultant worked with us until our detailed itinerary worked hand in hand with our upcoming cruise booking. We thoroughly enjoyed our rail journeys through Switzerland on the Swiss Pass and were even provided alternate tickets as mitigation for the Italian leg due to the Italian regional train strike. All transfers and hotels were perfectly coordinated and located.
Railbookers even managed to ensure embarkation for our amended cruise terminal location went off without a hitch. A local consultant in Venice ensured we were conveyed effortlessly from our hotel via water taxi to a private vehicle transfer to the cruise terminal.
My wife and I would happily recommend Railbookers for a rail trip in Europe.

I wanted to book a rail trip, the railbooker travel agent (Chris) was not helpful the first 2-3 times I inquired about dates & pricing. I felt like I was bothering him to book a 2 week trip. I felt like he wanted me to give him a date and whatever the price was did not matter. It was too much trouble for him to go look for alternative dates that would better suite my budget. I finalaly had to talk with another rep to get my point across. Then Chris responded back with alternative dates that fit better. Very frustrating, will not use Railbooker travel agents again.
