Even when you tell them you have a service animal they say that your service animal cannot alert you or you will be kicked out.Pineville, La. I had people coming up to me telling me the worker at the front desk called the manager and wasn’t being truthful. My service animal was listed and I got one in training my oldest toy poodle on a leash with vest on licked my wrist and sensed I needed to go get attention for my low sugar. He did a tiny lick and a small arff not bark but gentle to let me know as the desk worker was walking by and he threatened to kick us out if he barked again as I was trying to get to the room to take my shot. One arff and you are gone. Any way the sheets were nasty we had to ask for new sheets and put them on. The floors are thick with dirt I’m not just saying this. I do want to thank the others who were there spending a night for telling me what he was doing and saying. This is not over I’m fighting for others privacy and so no one else is embarrassed.

Airport shuttle does not run at regular intervals although they say it runs on the hour. For example today it is not leaving for the airport at eleven a.m. which is checkout time.

Me dijeron que no me la podian cambiar porque era un condominio... que la habitacion era de una persona... Respondi que yo tenia reserva confirmada del hotel no de un airbnb. Me dijeron que ya le habian dicho al dueño que no podia usar el nombre del hotel. Yo contrate hotel en edreams tal como lo dice mi reserva y no un departamento de una persona dentro de un hotel. NO SE HICIERON CARGO. FUE UNA ESTAFA.

Don't reserve a room at Country Suites by Radisson on Brevard Rd Asheville NC. We booked online through a 3rd party while traveling through the night. We paid online, arrived at 4am & was asked "How did you get in?!" We were refused a room (even though it was explained we paid & had driven all night). They insisted check-in time was only after 2 pm and we needed to come back. We explained we were on our way to GA & just needed a place to sleep until checkout time. We went down the road to another hotel chain who graciously accepted our reservation, but of course we had to pay again. Unfortunately, after calling numerous times and sending an email for a refund or at least a credit for another stay at any Country Suite Hotel, the staff/managers have continuously denied my request.

When you join Radisson Rewards, they cheat you out of points. You have to constantly monitor your points because they don't give them to you after your stay. Then, you have to email back and forth with them, giving them your dates of stay, membership number, and confirmation code, begging for your points. The last time this happened, they REFUSED to award my points. I removed the app from my phone and I will never stay at a Radisson again. I will be notifying everyone of this across all social media platforms and consumer protection sites.

We have visited Radisson in Montevideo many times and keep revisiting them. Always friendly, flexible and helpful service, at a fair price.

Radisson is the worst hotel and customer service experience I have had. The radisson Hotel and suites gdansk sold us a package with false advertising. We did not get the room or package we paid for. The manager agreed to a refund due to double booking our room for a formal. We received a fraction of a refund (a few pounds) when the hotel cost £250. This was insulting to get under £10 refund when a full refund was agreed. Have to go through the bank to get money back when dealing with the radisson. I wouldn't trust this company with your money. Make sure you see what you are paying for first.

One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in my whole existence. Major improvements need to be made from the management side through to the room divisions team. I will be contacting Head office with a detailed report of my experience, and outlining the serious failures being made which urgently need to be implemented. London Gatwick

Quite frankly the 4+ rating by Titan travel for this hotel is laughable.
Fortunately we only had to stay for one night as part of our Wild India tour.

The lobby itself was immaculate - Then we entered our room - disappointment does not begin to cover it.

The room was small to say the least - The ceiling had a large bulge & crack in it., but the worst part was the bathroom - The standard of maintenance carried out must have been done by Bodgeit & Scarper - The worst tiling & grouting I have ever seen.

How on Earth this was rated 4+ is ludicrous

I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!

Wow. What an amazing experience. The staff is so well trained, I will definitely be staying at The Radisson Agra again.

The hotel in located close to Candolim beach but is a lovely oasis with staff that are really helpful and want your stay to be the best.

I am a coeliac and the team, including the chef did all they could to accommodate my meal requests.

I can honestly say they were fantastic. Thank you

On a negative work is ongoing on renovation around them but again staff will help to address any concerns

We stayed with Radisson Red in London, Heathrow on the evening of 10th March, the whole experience was less than our expectations are for the Radisson brand.

Focussing just on the restaurant, many of the dishes were not available to order and we were not told of this when seated and it was only when we placed our orders that we were informed that the particular offering was not available.

When we left the restaurant we asked for the meal to be charged to our room and also showed the person our Radisson membership discount code. We then left to go to our room, after around 30 minutes when we were trying to relax a member of the Radisson restaurant team came to our door to take payment, and would not leave without payment.

Once we paid, we then realised we had been overcharged. We went downstairs, and they apologised and said a mistake had been made and provided us with a voided receipt and charged us the correct amount. We were informed the transaction would be cancelled and refunded.

After a week, no refund has been received , so we contacted radisson again and was assured that the refund would be with us. We are now over two weeks on, and still no refund.

This is not the way I would have expected to have been treated by such a company, and I WILL NOT be using them in future.

Skulle betale 400 nkr fordi jeg jeg faldt i søvn og så først tjekkede ud 12.30 istedet for kl 12. Brokkede mig så over det og det endte med at jeg blev bortvist fra hotellet.
Det skete på sas Radisson hotel i Kristiansand. Har efterfølgende fået en mail om jeg ikke er velkommen der mere, men det er fint for sætter aldrig mine ben der igen.

I've been waiting on my order since January and it's now March..they lied about first order and said it would be expedited..that was not true..they have yet to refund my money

I made a big mistake booking a room at Radisson outside Naples, Italy. I needed to swap the name on the room last minute as I was unable to fly. I was due to land late last night so I called this morning, by which time they given away my room and told me the 700 I had spent on the room was non-refundable. I simply don’t trust Radisson and will never stay with them again. I hope they enjoy the 700 because they have lost a customer for life.

The noise is not worth it.
It cost us just under 200 euro for one night and myself and my partner barely slept. Between the traffic outside and other people just walking by. There was no insulation. The room when we arrived was freezing and we tried to put the heating on, it wouldn't work. Then during the night it must have came on and it would not turn off.
Worst sleep in a hotel. I would NEVER come back or recommend anyone to stay here.

Radisson's 'no notice' overnight devaluation of reward points in 2022 was unforgiveable.
It resulted in loyal customers losing around 70% of their points value. When Radisson can do this, why would you choose to stay loyal to them?

Also, Radisson's Customer Service is beyond dreadful, it's as if agents are being incentivised NOT to help you, it's so bizarre. Time for a takeover of this company!

Hotel is fine accept the noise at night from the street.
But my phone was hacked and money was withdrawn from my bank account during using their wifi and by the check inn desk.

Benita on reception is the most unwelcoming, rudest person I have ever met. Rooms were not ready for 2 hours had to wait til 8pm to check in. The attitude of Benita was disgusting. No eye contact, one word answers, complete disinterest in our group checking in. Even checking out she couldn’t even wish us well or smile! Hotel is also falling apart. Benita should be fired we will never visit Radisson again!!
