Aaron B came today to install our new Quickline broadband.
First class service. Well explained.
Aaron was very friendly and professional.
Nothing was too much trouble.
A very tidy fitting of the broadband.
Very happy with the service.

Nice and easy transfer from a broadband that didn't work properly with a large well known company to a New Company that has just recently finished laying fast fibre broadband in my Area. I'm now getting fantastically fast broadband and paying less!
From the Call Centre to the Engineer arriving and setting up my service has been simple and Quickline even dealt with my old broadband company, so hassle free for me! 😁👍

Nathan was very personable and knowledgeable.Tried various solutions to rectify a long standing issue and result was great. Went the extra mile

The engineer thomas turnbull was very helpful today. He went above and beyond when sorting out the internet issue and gave good advice as well.

Installation and setup was carried out very fast, and a tidy. Extremely pleased

Bobby installed my box and router today in a difficult rural location, happy with the speeds out of the box and gave me plenty of advice on how I can get the best out of the technology in the more hard to reach areas of my house 🙌🏻

We had internet installed and didn’t go great but was resolved after an apology, then the next problem that hasn’t been resolved is the £100 referral scheme, our neighbour referred us and we are still waiting for our vouchers!
They email me and say they will look into it… then nothing
I then chase it up and still not resolved? Maybe the referral scheme is a scam
Really disappointing to say the least

Brandon P installed my fibre today. He was very polite and considerate of my property. I can't fault him.

The engineer was punctual, very polite and extremely informative. Josh R answered any questions we had, and the system was installed very quickly, with very little interuption to our internet service.

James Boulton engineer kept everything tidy, making sure the ONT was secure and not liable to being potentially disturbed. Very personable young man with the enthusiasm to complete a good job took the time to answer all of my questions before leaving. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes pride in their work.

Highly recommended — a credit to Quickline.

I would rate zero but unfortunately the minimum you can rate is one star..

16th December- engineer arrived to fit broadband but outside work hadn’t been done prior. I had previously rang the week before to make sure it would be all ok still has had a 4 hour round trip as it’s a holiday let. ‘Yes no problems and will be ok still for 16th’.. in the end the engineer did a ‘dry installation’ after getting the approval from the manager. Great.. (or so I thought!)
Outside work completed mid January, internet worked.. for 30 minutes.
From end of January to end of February we have had 3 engineers out and nothing has fixed it. The internet works but then looses connection every 30 minutes.
Did notice of cancellation in March, over the phone they needed to check I didn’t need to pay as I was coming out of the contract early.. The contract they was in breach of not providing.
Long story short, and several phone calls later they agreed to cancel free of charge and refund 2 months payment.. They also agreed that an engineer would come and remove equipment and also place cables back correctly which they had messed up outside.. (I would upload pictures of this but unable to do so on here, open wires, cable on the floor.. a mess!)
Fast forward to May and I have finally been given a date the engineers will come but they are not correcting the cable outside as it’s BT cables and I need to contact them myself to get this sorted. I’ve asked for a manager to call me but in there words - ‘They are unable to get a manager to call me to discuss this matter.’
I have had to phone them 5 times just in a week this past week to try and get anywhere.. If you are wanting a reliable company and good service I’d look elsewhere as the service I’ve received is unacceptable and people just trying to pass the book.

Quickline - when you read this please just ask a manager to call me and I will email all pictures of the appalling work and screenshots of messages from your engineers agreeing the wiring needed to be tidied up!
