Quartzize Arvostelua 

We spent a lot of time deciding on who to Go with for our revamp and finally decided on Joe's doors/Quartzise we gave a hefty deposit and got the ball rolling, we also had made arrangements for flooring and decorating to be done once our kitchen was complete. We had been told that our job would take 3 or 4 days maximum! Nearly 4 weeks passed and our kitchen was finally finished on Sunday, now I have to say the fitters were fantastic and our contact Kerry was great but the issues we faced caused a lot of time of work and stress! Failure for deliveries not the correct materials and damaged goods on delivery and just the general upheaval week in week out was not good. We asked for compensation and have been told we don't qualify!! I have written this because I always thought customers come first we had not been looking for much just a acknowledgement, maybe some flowers for my wife or something that said we get it and apologise. Now here's a thought, if that had been done this review would have been completely different so Ask yourselves CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT could we have done this better?

Chris the fitter and his young apprentice were very pleasant young men. They were efficient and had the plans and knew exactly what was required and carried out the work efficiently.
Chris addressed a slight problem with the sink, in that there was a hairline crack, so immediately liaised with Nathalia (Tal), who arranged for a replacement sink to be delivered, its actually due today.
So I wasn't inconvenienced, Chris put the slightly damaged sink in, so I had a finished product, but didn't seal it in place so when he comes back to fit the replacement it will be a simple transition.
Young apprentice did a marvellous job of cleaning up too, wish I could remember his name as he was a very polite young man.
Overall communication has been great from Tal and I highly recommend Joe's doors and Quartzize as an efficient Company

Professional service from start to finish. Competitive price with high quality materials. Exterior cupboard doors replaced about a week ago, no issues to date. Pete, the fitter, extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Both the arrangements by Tal and the installation by Jake were of the highest order. Both were polite, efficient and professional and I sm happy to commend them. Some friends of ours were so impressed by our description of the process that they decided to have the same work done.

The two man staff were very helpful and professional and explained everything as they were doing the worktops. The put down dust mats and set up a shelter in the garden which they worked under in the event of rain. The standard of workmanship was seamless and worktops good quality. I'm very happy with it.

Pete was very professional and careful, easy to deal with and communicated at every step so I was never left wondering. He involved me in decisions and it was a pleasure having him renovate my kitchen
Tal has been in touch several times regarding progress and aftercare, efficient and friendly.

From start to finish, the service we got from Quartzize was excellent and I am thrilled with my new worktops. So to Tal for managing my account, to Jake for such an excellent job in fitting the worktops and indeed everyone concerned in the whole process, thank you very much for such a wonderful team effort.

I am delighted with my new worktops had white sparkle the whole experience was amazing Carwyn was outstanding and an asset to the company worked his socks off from start to finish very professional job and everything from finishing touches to removal of rubbish Carwyn was prompt,friendly and could not fault his workmanship had a call from Tal who was also amazing to see if I was happy I told her everyone off my family who has seen it said how brilliant it looked I couldn't afford a whole new kitchen so painted my doors and wallpapered and with the new worktops it looks like a new kitchen 😀

I have has the pleasure of speaking with Tal a few times, she is incredibly understanding, helpful and if she doesn’t have the answers seeks advice to provide an impeccable and seamless service. There have been some minor issues that require remedial work following a kitchen installation which she has organised without hesitation and is always friendly and empathetic. Diolch Tal, Katie x

Do not believe other reviews here go to Quartzize reviews averaging 3.7 and mainly 1 and 2 star.
We had our kitchen make over, doors, draw fronts, work top and sink and tap fitted. All arrived about a month after survey to be fitted by 2 different fitters one the doos etc and the other the quartz work top and sink/taps. From here 25/26 August an absolute shambles,
3 cupboard side panels to be fitted, wrong size supplied (new ones ordered by Kim).
3 Cupboard doors to be fitted, ill fitting wrong size supplied ( new ones ordered).
Dishwasher side panel and door ill fitting (photos sent in) new panel required and attention to Dishwasher side panel.
Door to boiler cabinet requires attention.
Draw front sharp and crack on top edge.
Wrong size sink supplied.
Sink tap and drainer scratched replacement was ordered by David (fitter).
Hob needs attention gap on one side.
24th September another fitter arrived to remedy the issues but still missing a dishwasher side panel and draw front which he ordered along with a replacement sink.
28th October Ben the fitter returns to complete the job, No replacement sink and was told to phone Quartz which I did and they came out with the usual excuses I had been given in the past and said would look into it and ring back which they have not so far done. Their customer Service is basically non existent and do not call back. As the money is all paid up with order and on delivery there is no way of holding them to account for a totally inferior job and no-one accountable.
Avoid them like the plague.

Sadly I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company. From start to finish it was extremely poorly fitted. Took over a year to correct. No real responsibility. Told to pay or wouldn’t correct the errors. Very bad customer advice. I cannot recommend this company at all.

We waited nearly three years before committing to Quartzize because we thought it might be a con. We should never have worried ! From the salesman, through the surveyor and the office, everyone was professional, efficient and always on time. Our installer, Connor was exceptional, a real craftsman and a perfectionist with it. He took a huge amount of trouble, was very skilled and tidy. The end result was every bit as good as we could have hoped. Not everything always goes right with any job, but Connor was up to the task - very impressive.

My mum had her kitchen done and it’s absolutely amazing.So I’d sorted to have my kitchen worktops and sink done too.
Everyone from the team and Claire have been great and very approachable from start to finish.Nothing was too much trouble ,answering any off my concerns .Nick the fitter was very pleasant .He worked effectively ,clean and tidy .Nicks attention to detail was great and asked me throughout was I happy with everything.Well Nick I can’t thank you enough what a difference and we love our new kitchen worktops and splash back and new sink looks.I kept my chrome tap because nothing was up with it .Nick took care taking it out of old sink and replacing it back in my new kitchen with no damage to it .I would highly recommend this company to anyone.My rubbish was pile in a safe place and garden was swept clean .Within a few days my rubbish was picked up .You can’t get better than that .

They did a great job, very happy with our new worktops! Cam was our fitter and he was neat&tidy and polite. Tal was our accountant manager and she was lovely. Very polite and helpful. Any questions we had she answered and made it all make sense for us! Thanks Joes Doors & Quartzize!

Fitter Des did an excellent job fitting my worktops & new sink/taps & transformed my kitchen. However...I am left with a dripping tap. Repeated requests to fix it resulted in the sink/tap company sending me replacement parts & quartzize saying it's down to me to arrange a plumber at my cost! Still to be resolved!

STILL WAITING

I write this review after contemplating for some time and reaching out to the company on numerous occasions.
Such a shame, the product is great! However, I had reservations about using this company due to reviews I read about the aftersales customer service, and I'm sorry to say, I have experienced just that. I had my counter tops done in April, the installation arrangements went well, and everything was done on time, so that was good.
One of my kitchen drawers got damaged (a gouge out of it), also had some leak in the sink and beading wasn't done brilliantly. The sink and beading was all fixed, but not the drawer. Ihave been emailing since April to get this fixed. Although I signed my contract with Quartzize, when I speak to them, they keep telling me to deal with the fitter, who is not responding to my requests to come and fix this. I think it is really bad that the company is not taking accountability and sorting this out, and now I feel I have to leave this review. Such a shame when it is a relatively easy thing to fix!
