Dream Doors Ltd Arvostelua

We used Dream Doors for our kitchen project replacing our worktops and tiling. Mandy and the team were great from start to finish with clear and friendly communication. We chose Minerva worktops which were expertly fitted by Dan and our tiling carried out by Laurence. Both excellent trades people with high attention to detail. We are happy with our end result and would be happy to use Dream Doors again in the future. Would recommend.

From the first visit to the showroom to meet Sarah, to the final sign off day with Gareth, everything was amazing. Our main fitter Simon was just perfect. Tim and Mark were amazing workers too. The fact that everything is organised by them, made the total refit so easy.

Excellent Service and Fitting

Friendly and helpful from our very first visit to the showroom in,Salisbury and throughout the installation. Lovely outcome which exceeded our expectations and has been much admired by family and friends

Great communication. Took care of everything. Excellent fitters. All completed in less than a week. Delighted with our transformation.

Excellent from start to finish. Discussion in the showroom, home visit to clarify, and then the four day installation. Highly recommended.

Dream Doors North Manchester did a great job of initally fitting our kitchen and the sales experience was very positive. However, after sale has been less than a positive experience. The franchise we used went out of business shortly after we had the work done, and since then we've not been able to get any snags sorted. We reprted some issues with panels falling off and wobbly doors to the company they use for the this remedial work - Neighbourhood - about 4 months ago and they've still not been round, and are now ignoring my emails. Unfortunately there is no way to contact Dream Doors head office and their website directs you to local franchises. Dream Doors - if you're reading this, where do I go from here?

Amazing service provided by Mandy and Julie. Great communication throughout the whole project.

The kitchen fitter (Dan) was fab, great attention to detail

Alan and Julie were a delight to communicate with during the design and planning phase. I also am quite pleased with my kitchen!
Also, the kitchen fitters were done in no time and were super tidy.

update on my last review ,The door came but when arrived it was wrong the Vs in the panel where the wrong way .Got in touch with rep that brought it and he said don`t worry I will order a replacement ,The day after got email from Dream Doors Leeds office to say they would order new door and they said would do it for cost price so confused tried to contact the rep a number of time without reply ......Never mind Dream Doors more like Nightmare Doors ....I wait for someone from Dream doors to get intouch the whole thing as been a shambles

Great service from start to finish everyone was really helpful and the kitchen looks great.
The doors are good quality and the fitter overcame any obstacles with no issue at all!
Very pleased with the service from Dream Doors, I'd certainly recommend them.

We contacted Dream Doors to install new cupboards and shelves in our utility room. Overall, our experience with them was fantastic and we would highly recommend them if you’re looking to make some additions or changes to your home. They were able to match the design and colour of the new cupboards to the existing cupboards, and installation was a breeze. We’re very happy with the final product and it looks amazing🙂

I love the granite worktops, I love the floor, Bosh dishwasher, doors and drawers and the fitters. I hate the handles, far too dark in my opinion and spoil the look of the kitchen and very expensive

From the advice I was given at the start to the team who fitted the kitchen it was all excellent . I was kept fully informed and everything happened on time and cleaned up so well at the end of each day

We are absolutely delighted with our Dream Doors Bicester & Banbury kitchen makeover! From day one, the entire team was fantastic to work with and completely understood our brief. Our original kitchen had some awkward quirks, but Phil put an incredible amount of thought and effort into designing creative solutions that perfectly accommodated our needs.
The quality of both the product and the installation is exceptional. It has given us the exact premium feel we were looking for, while still representing great value for money. It was a genuine pleasure to welcome Phil, Sarah, and the team into our home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dream Doors Bicester & Banbury for your next kitchen project!

Friendly, professional, did what they said they would do, tidy workers and did what was best for us and not what earnt them the most money

Wow.... 10/10..... out of this world from the first visit to signing the work off. Ama from the Maidstone store visited and was engaged with what I wanted to achieve. He retuned to carry out the survey brimming with genuine enthusiasm and passion. Then came the fitting. The pre agreed date was never changed and allowed me to have trades attend prior. Mark the fitter was A Class and went above and beyond to ensure that my kitchen was everything that I wanted and need it to be with attention to detail. Even the team in the office were efficient and happy when I called. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the cabinet doors are superb and now I have place to spend time with family that is no longer out of date and tired. Theeee best experience from start to finish xx

Very pleased with my updated kitchen. We visited the Shirley branch and got a reasonable quote from Luke. Work was carried out over 3 day period. We did have some issues along the way but the DD team were responsive and sent their team to get it fixed.

They were really helpful in choosing the style of makeover. Admin was spot on. Excellent workmanship

Kichen refreshed - looks like totally new
Installation team took only 2 days - very professional, tidy and friendly
Price - saved a fortune against a totally new kitchen
Service - helpful service

I went to the Kings Langley branch
