Jake fitted the worktop extremely well. He was efficient, professional and tidied up well afterwards.

Very pleased with this company who were very professional from start to finish.the installation by Mark was superb & job well organised by account manager Tal. We now have a beautiful kitchen thanks to Quartzize. Ann &Carl.Trowbridge.

I have just had quartz overlay installed over my original worktops in my kitchen and from my first phone contact to book an appointment for a quote right through to the finished product, I cannot praise the service enough. Telephone staff were pleasant, polite and professional. The surveyor was very thorough and not pushy. Ryan who fitted the worktops was extremely professional and clearly explained everything that was going to happen. Everything was cleaned up immaculately after he’d completed the installation. Very pleased with the stunning result.

I ordered and paid for white sparkle worktops.
I received cream.
I complained and sent photos confirming they were cream.
Totally ignored. Requested someone come and look they refused.
They clash with my white tiles and white cupboards.
I will replace my doors but not with this company.
Save your money and go elsewhere these people are rip off merchants.
The complaints department are just as bad.
The fitter and his boy did a great job.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of choice for worktop colours, also colours and finishes for doors. The Customer Services were always helpful.
The Installation guys were very friendly and experienced.
Mark did the worktops which are looking incredible.
Tom, who did the cupboards was very helpful and went above and beyond anything that I expected. The number of parts that were delivered (which Tom fitted to my cupboards) were unbelievable. Who knew that so many parts would be essential? Everything has been finished to a high standard and I didn’t have to empty my cupboards. I now have my dream kitchen, beautifully finished. Terrible Customer Service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this kitchen supplier. The biggest issue was the customer service, which was consistently unhelpful and dismissive. Messages were ignored, follow-ups were needed repeatedly, and when I did get a response, it felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. For a project as expensive and stressful as a kitchen worktops, good communication is essential, and unfortunately this company completely fell short. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience

They had a contractor who took 11 hours to fit worktops and a sink. Got here at 10:15 am left at 9:30 pm!!
Ripped out worktops kitchen sink and hob then realise the worktop wasn’t cut properly so asked us if we wanted the worktops put back and wait two weeks! Rang them that day and no reply calls day after no reply this carried on for days and days until we got a response saying nothing can be done as we signed to say Gary had completed his job!
Just a headache from the moment Gary turned up really! Quick enough to sell you their items not so quick to help you out!

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to deal with. Jake the fitter was very professional and obviously took great pride in his work. He did an excellent job

It's taken me a year to post this review, purely because of the sheer disappointment with my kitchen 'makeover'
13th November 2024: Head office said Fitter was ill...we will try & get someone out tomorrow.
14th November 2024
Fitter arrived.... after only 90 minutes work, stated that there would be problems with the alignment of cupboards & doors, offered to get xtra parts which would cost me more money & asked for a deposit. I contacted head office to say I wasn't happy with this.
20th November 2024:
Fitter No.2 ...('one of the best' I was told 🤔...worked flat out all day & tried to get everything finished, even cutting overlays by torchlight in the garden...rushed, resulting in shoddy workmanship.
I took many pictures & sent them to customer care.
I was contacted to say they would send an inspector to assess, the worktops were great, but the silicone finishing was terrible as was the cutting around the plug sockets to name a few !
3rd fitter sent to carry out 'remedial work'.
20th January 2025:
3rd fitter sent again to do some 'finishing touches
'Customer Care' ... what is the meaning of this ?...
When you have problems, they should be there for you ?
unfortunately they did not reply to my emails when I needed them, communication was very poor !
I would never recommend Quartzize/Joe's Doors to anyone !

Follow-up review (Quartz worktop)

This is a follow-up to my earlier review, which included photographs.

I contracted directly with this company to supply, template and fit a quartz worktop. The workmanship issues I raised relate specifically to the templating and fitting of the quartz, not the kitchen units themselves.

When I later raised concerns about the quality of the work, I was told the fitter was self-employed and that the responsibility did not lie with the company. As the customer, my contract was with the company, and I do not accept that responsibility can be passed on in this way.

The worktop fitting was not completed to a reasonable standard, and the issues I reported remain unresolved despite being raised at the time and supported by photographs.

I did not pursue this further earlier due to serious illness within my family, but this does not alter the facts of the installation or my consumer rights.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to clarify accountability for workmanship and aftercare before proceeding

The worktops are great but was badly let down by Quartzize, sink did not arrive so fitter unable to fit one worktop, 2 more appointments made taking time off work and the fitter never turned up, no sink for over a week finally fitter turned up on fourth visit (done a great job), emailed customer services three times and they never replied

Avoid this company at all costs as all they want is your money. Once they have the full payment they lie and refuse to deal with you. The fitter damaged our tumble dryer which has cost £75.00+ change and he and the company are ignoring the fact they promised to cover the cost. The same applies to Joes Doors who are an affiliate of this shower. My bet is noone will see thia review as they control them.

The doors are great but the fitter let me down to the extent I was stressing. Des started the job on 4th December but came back three times before he finally finished it. He kept promising to come back and didn’t return on the days he said he would. I kept putting off appointments and waited.

Both Will and Chris arrived on time at 8am. We had new quartz overlay worktops and sinks in the kitchen and utility room. They worked hard all day and cleaned up as they went along. They had to wait for one sink to be delivered which wasted their time. We are really pleased with the worktops and can thoroughly recommend the fitters.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH
My husband and I recently had quartz overlay worktops and a new sink installed in our kitchen by Quartzize Worktops Ltd (which incorporates Joe's Doors and Quick-Tops). we could not be happier with the result. From Matt the salesperson, Sian the surveyor, the office staff and delivery men we were given advice, kept informed and were impressed by their professionalism and work ethics. Steve, our installer, showed excellent attention to detail, worked very hard, often going the extra mile, resulting in high quality workmanship. Many thanks Quartzize, we can, without a doubt, recommend you. Keep up the good work.

Shambles of a company.

Fitted a kitchen for me in July and still having problems with finishing off to now 7/12/25.

Overlayed panels onto my cupboards meaning they're now too close to my gas cooker for it to be legally turned on.

Their solution?
They can supply with a quote to alter the cupboards.

Did they mention it would be a problem during measuring up and sales pitch?
Nope.

Scammers who don't give two s***s for their customers and are only interested in acquiring new customers.

Whole job a shambles from start to finish.
Arrived at 7.15 am - no prior comms to say coming so early ,
Delivered wrong sink
Delivered 3 metres x 1metre chipboard - not needed for job - left in my hall .
Uneven & bumpy shiny WHITE silicone between cream worktop and beige tiles , which also “bled “ up the wall grout on all mosaics about 1 mm high ( wall grout on mosaic tiles is beige ) .
Pipe work under sink was left leaking into my cabinet
Driveway left covered in white dust .
Kitchen floor and surfaces left covered in sawdust and debris ( I had to clean up after fitter ) .
One worktop is uneven and overhangs the cabinet by double the amount on one side compared to the other
Disjointed communication between staff and fitter .
Lead time from initial signing to job being completed far in excess to what was stated .
There is a chip on the quartz at the edge of the sink .
Some of these errors were rectified , but I had to buy new materials , and fitted failed to turn up to rectify SOME problems on day specified.
Some problems still remain and Quartzize remain unresponsive , the major one is the worktop that they have fitted that’s uneven , they made it too big .
Also the tap they fitted is now loose .
I really wish I had used another company to upgrade my worktops . The whole thing was so stressful.

The fitter attended today and has re-siliconed the kitchen worktops and upstands. Unfortunately, the silicone used is far too dark and has been applied excessively thick. In several areas—particularly behind and beneath the upstands—the silicone remains wet and is unable to dry. On removing the silicone, it has also become clear that more than one upstand is not level with the worktop.

Given the extent of the issues, I will not be requesting a further revisit. Instead, I will be arranging for an independent professional to inspect the work and attempt to rectify the problems.

However, this matter is not closed. I will be pursuing the rectification costs through the small claims court. In addition, I am continuing to pursue legal action regarding the defamatory statements previously made publicly by your company in your responses on Trustpilot. These statements caused significant distress and reputational harm, and they remain a separate issue that will now be addressed through the appropriate legal channels.

Terrible aftersales experience- my advice would be to avoid this company and use another makeover firm. Or shop around because a new kitchen wouldn't likely be much difference in price and given I have waited 5 weeks and it still isn't finished, the sales pitch of "It will be done in a couple of days" is completely untrue.

Having spent almost nearly 5 £figures on a kitchen makeover words can't express how shocked and disappointed I am in the aftersales provided.

This is my third review over the poor service from this company
I paid over 4K for quartz overlays on two sides of my kitchen
One side is fine
However I am on my third overlay one the other side of my kitchen due to cracking of two previous worktops
My third time lucky never happened, the fitters cracked my existing tiles and slapped an off cut of the work surface over it
It looks terrible and I have two worktops that don’t match up
After many email of sending photos, making phone call I received an email back stating the accounts manager does see a problem with the work

Do Not I repeat Not touch this company, its fine when things go right but there is no after care

It’s taken me 18 months to get tho this point
