I purchased a jeep from them, had it delivered and within 20 miles of driving it differential failed, steering rack failed. Lots of messaging back and forth ended up in court. Gerald said no circuit judge would rule in my favour, he would laugh at me in court, he even threatened to kill me. Well as it turned out the court ruled in my favour, he had 2 weeks to pay me my money and he didn't laugh once.

Appalling customer service and sold an unsafe vehicle
We purchased a car on finance from Quality Cars Commercial Ltd. When we collected the vehicle, we hadn't even left the forecourt before the engine management light came on. We reversed straight back into the dealership, where they diagnosed and repaired an exhaust sensor before we set off on the three-hour drive home.
The following morning, the car smelt strongly of diesel. We contacted the dealer and were told we could either drive it three hours back to them or take it to a local garage. We chose the local garage, where diagnostics found a fault with the heat controller. The mechanic also lifted the bonnet and showed us that one of the injectors had severe carbon build-up ("black death"), which appeared to have been there for some time. We were advised that replacing all four injectors would cost in excess of £2,000.
We contacted our finance broker, Zuto, who spoke to Quality Cars Commercial Ltd. They eventually agreed to collect the vehicle, but despite explaining that I had no car to take my children to school, it still took a week and two unanswered emails before they collected it. They ignored my emails completely. It then took a further eight days for them to return the funds to the finance company.
I also asked to be reimbursed £170 for costs I had incurred through no fault of my own, including changing my car insurance, paying car tax, fuel for the journey home and train fares to collect the vehicle. They point blank refused!
The whole experience was extremely disappointing. Selling a vehicle that developed warning lights immediately and was then found to have significant injector issues, followed by poor communication and a complete lack of goodwill over my out-of-pocket expenses, made the experience incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

We'd like to clarify a few points for transparency. When the engine management light appeared on collection, we diagnosed and repaired this on the forecourt before you set off. When a further issue arose the next day, we offered you the choice of bringing the car back to us or having it looked at locally, and covered the cost of that local diagnostic. Once the injector issue was identified, we honoured your right to reject the vehicle within the 14-day short-term right to reject, collected the car, and processed a full refund.
We understand the 12 months' road tax was raised, and we did explain this refunds directly from DVLA once a vehicle is off the road, rather than through us.
We're sorry the collection and refund timeframes added to your frustration, and we take that feedback on board. Used vehicles can unfortunately develop faults, even shortly after purchase, and our approach is always to put things right quickly, whether that means repairing the issue or offering a collection and refund, as happened here.
We're sorry this wasn't the experience you hoped for, and if you'd like to discuss this further we're happy to talk it through directly.
