Asked to make a complaint & was told someone would contact me within 48 hrs this never happened, this is nearly 3 weeks ago. After being on chat 1 hour, not able to call & chat now to a person. Had an email saying zego will look into my complaint, well thats not possible as they not called me back to ask what all my issues are with how my claim is being delt with. A no fault accident & still 7 months later nit settled. I advise against using this company. Ref: Q6T7W.

Worst insurance company showing my driving as high risk when I only use car for school runs they use my phone as driving tracker when I was away on holidays in other country they were still tracking my driving when I was back from holiday they send me messages saying they will give you 10 days to improve my driving or they will cancel my insurance they keep on treating every other month with this messages. 10 years of my driving this is the worst insurance company stay away from this company if you want peace of mind.

Have been trying to get an issues sorted with my app, have tried the online chat which is just bots. Absolutely awful customer service. Escalated to make a complaint to try and get it sorted, was told I'd get a response within 3 working days, I've had an automated email to say they've received my complaint but no resolution or anything from their team to try and sort the problem 9 days later. Really disappointed with the app malfunctioning, awful customer service or complete lack of and hiding things from customers. Avoid!
