The deals on the website dont seem to exist. The car at a particular branch was not 'on their system'.
The sales staff are attentive given they are on commission they should be. But Rotherham had a half empty car park and nowhere near the number of vehicles they claim to have. They expect to sell you something regardless of what you went in for and there is no way of finding out if something is in stock before travelling so avoid!

Came in today for a part exchange, Harry helped up with the car and was very friendly and talked us through in much detail. Would definitely come back in future time!

Jumped on the second you walk in the door. They have staff waiting in the entrance who are assigned to you as you walk in. Despite telling them you only want to LOOK ALONE they carry on asking what you’re looking for and your name etc. they are all commission based staff.

Despite it being me (a female) buying a car with my own money, all questions were pointed to my male partner and he was asked ‘what powerful car’ he wanted.

We looked at 3 cars, as we were told our budget was too low (£7,000) were repeatedly asked to go up to £8k, the first car shown the key didn’t work so couldn’t get in the car, then it had to be jump started to get the engine running. 1 service since 2018 and was nearly £9k. Same car on other sellers for £4-5k!

Next car shown again out of budget but basically told it’s all we’d get for our pittance. I personally don’t think £7k is a tiny budget for a second hand vehicle but hey ho. This one started but was battered inside and wheels were damaged. We told them 3 times we wanted to look elsewhere as this was literally the first place we’d walked in to. The response was why. What else do you need. What are you actually wanting. What do you expect to find somewhere else.
Erm more the fact I don’t want to drop £8k on the first car I’ve seen!! It’s not about expecting more elsewhere, it’s not really knowing what you want and wanting to explore options. You feel trapped like you can’t say no as they constantly tell you they need commission. Unless you have a budget of £12k+ and know exactly what you want and are going to buy the day you go, I personally wouldn’t bother.
