We rented a car indicating that we would arrive at 16:00 . After arriving, we went to their rental office and saw that their working hours are only until 13:00. All plans for the evening fell through. We came next day after 9 in the morning and the employee said that they no longer have our reserved car because we had to pick it up yesterday (when they were not working). After searching, he found another, inferior one at a much higher price. When we said that it was not suitable, he suggested that we look elsewhere. Finally landed at the same price as it was, despite that the car was cheaper and rented one day less. We received an old car, the steering wheel was worn, the drivers seat was even white from sweat :(

Cuando llegamos al parking del aeropuerto no estaba el chico y tardó como 15 min en aparecer. Habiamos pedido una sillita para niño y no estaba dentro del coche con lo que el chico se puso a llamar a otra persona para pedirle una silla. Cuando la trae, nos la da en la mano y se va corriendo. Y nosotros detrás llamandole porque no era una silla con isofix y a saber como hay que ponerla. Cuando conseguimos alcanzarle nos dijo que él no sabia ponerla y que se tenia que ir, y ahí nos dejó. Después de averiguar como poner la silla mas o menos (una silla quita multas, 0 seguridad para el niño) al llegar a la barrera del parking obviamente se habia caducado el ticket para salir. Menos mal que los del parking fueron amables y nos dejaron salir.
El coche era automático con lo que tenia un motor bastante bueno y en si el coche iba bien. Pero vamos, en general para no repetir ni recomendar esta empresa.

Te hacen cargos en la tarjeta sin tu consentimiento, el seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia no te sirve para nada, algo que no te informan ni tampoco consta en ningún sitio. En la web pone una cosa y ellos mismos no cumplen las cláusulas del contrato. Mejor busca otra compañía, se inventan cosas para cobrarte cargos sin consentimiento en la tarjeta.

I rented a car initially for 8 days, but due to some health problems I had to extend the period to 20 days and that in two different rounds. EASY AND WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS.Everything was taken care of over the phone by my wife (not by me) including the place where we had to hand over the car which was also changed. Very, very simple and efficient handover procedure.

Das Gute: die günstigen Preise, v.a. bei mehreren Tagen Mietzeit und die Fahrzeugflotte. Aber es gibt leider negatives: schlechter Kontakt, mails werden nicht immer beantwortet, Auto wird nicht persönlich übergeben und somit auch keine Mängelbegutachtung, Auto unsauber, Felgen mit vielen Macken (für Schäden am Reifen und den Felgen haftet man!), Kartenzahlung (Visa, EC geht technisch nicht, konnte aber dort sonst überall damit zahlen, also Fehler des Vermieters). Barzahlung und Barkaution "ausnahmsweise" möglich. Luftdruck Reifen 1,7 statt 2,7 bar mit Fehleranzeige im Cockpit, Defekt Reifendruckmesser, Reifen (Nangkang auf einem Audi A8) extrem abgefahren und Stücke vom Profil bereits herausgerissen, wummern und eiern, Auto zieht stark nach rechts. Also kein guter Zustand der Wartung.
Schlimmer jedoch die Rückgabe: pünktlichst da wurde gesagt, die Barkaution gibt es in 2 Tagen zurück, sollen wieder kommen. Wozu nicht gleich, wurde weder vereinbart noch in den AGBs zu lesen. Ich gebe also das Auto zurück und habe keinen Pfand für die Kaution? Nein!!! Das Auto müsse erst noch geprüft werden, gegengezeichnet wird jetzt auch nichts. Ich solle vertrauen. Ja klar, und wir sind ab dem nächsten Tag wieder heimgeflogen! Sehr merkwürdig, sagte auch unser Anwalt, den wir hernach tel. konsultiert hatten. Nach viel Rabatz unsererseits: wir sollen 13 Uhr (da schließt die Niederlassung) wieder kommen. 12.45 wieder vor Ort: plötzlich, wenn auch inzwischen sehr unfreundlich, wurde das Auto augenscheinlich abgenommen und die Kaution in bar ausgegeben. Warum nicht gleich, was sollte das? Das macht keinen seriösen Sinn, alles hat Zug um Zug zu erfolgen. Woher wissen die denn, wo ich nach Rückgabe verweile? Warum überhaupt 1000 Kaution, wenn die Karre doch vollversichert ist. Außer den Räder steht auch nirgends etwas von Selbst-
beteiligung im Vertrag. Außer auf der Internetseite "300EUR für Luxusklasse". Laut Preislist gibt es keine Luxusklasse, sondern nur Preisklasse A - irgendwas. Und nach A8 kommt von teureres.

El chico que nos atendió la reserva muy correcto.
Pero el coche que alquilamos bastante malo.
No tenía motor ninguno para subir cuestas
Uno de los sillones estaba rajado
Las salidas del aire acondicionado estaban sin tapaderas
Un coche que en la web te venden de gama media es gama bajista
Una dirección asistida muy dura
No la recomiendo, además de que es cara

Awful service, I reserved a car and when the day arrived and called they said that there is no car I I got notified via email that there were no cars for the selected dates wich is FALSE. I WASN'T NOTIFIED AT ALL

Wir haben einen Fiat Panda gemietet bekamen ein Dacia mit 75000 km.Eine alte Schaukel im ganzen ist die abwickeln auf dem Parkplatz sehr primitiv und unfreundlich nie wieder ein Auto von Pluscar das habe ich mir geschworen!

Wir hatten rechtzeitig für den Urlaub auf Teneriffa ein Mini Cabrio gebucht und dies wurde uns auch schriftlich bestätigt.
Bei der Abholung war der Mini nicht da und man hat uns als tolles Update ein Audi Cabrio vorgefahren.
Das wir für dieses "Update" dann 600 EUR Kaution bezahlen mussten, fanden wir richtig schlecht.
Hervorragend fanden wir auch den Kommentar des Herrn vor Ort: "Entweder nehmen Sie den Wagen oder nicht."
Wir hatten das Geld und wollten im Urlaub mobil sein, also haben wir bezahlt und den Wagen genommen.
Fazit: Auf die bestätigte Buchung von Pluscar kann man sich nicht verlassen und der "Service" vor Ort: Miserabel.

Do we booked a car for 10 days the car we order was a golf. On picking it up and driving it the car kept on giving a error code. Upon driving it without our stay it keep stalling without our trip with the vehicle. When we handed back the car, we decided to use water and wipe the back of the seats so they were a bit wet. We got to sitting waiting for our flights and we got an email about a cleaning fee which was 50 euros. They just took it from our account without asking or seeking our consent. We tried to call them and call and then email them. They completely blocked us from email and also blocked our calls. We never use this company again.

realice el alquiler de un coche durante 4 dias,a un precio muy competitivo,79 Euros.Estava muy contento por ello.El tercer día, llame porque decidimos quedarnos un día mas con el vehículo.Me dijeron que ningún problema.
El precio por un día de ampliación,fue de 45Euros.como es posible que por 4 dias fuese 79.
y por 1 dia mas 45.me dijeron que no podian ampliar el contrato un dia mas. que hacian uno nuevo,por el precio correspondiente a 1 dia.increible pero cierto.
Por lo cual:el alquiler que en principio era super competitivo, paso a ser mas caro, que en muchas compañias de alquiler.

Mala experiencia, así de simple. Nos entregaron un coche en malas condiciones, mal de frenos , neumaticos con la presión baja, no se ajustava a lo prometido por telefono en la reserva. Perdimos unas horas para viajar a la central y poder realizar cambio de vehiculo, pero la encargada de malas maneras no quiso realizarlo, nos pidio mas dinero adicional para realizar el cambio. Ha sido una mala experiencia, no lo recomendaria a nadie.

Easy communucation, quick booking process and from my arrival car and keys been provided less than 5 mins. Seats for kids provided. Amazing economical car, staff speaks good english. Return process simple- drop car on the street parking, nearest to office, send location through Wazzap, return your keys.

Auto stromlos du musst zum Flughafen, aber unter der Telefonnummer 2 Stunden niemand erreichbar.Das Problem mit der Elektronik ist ein
bekanntes bei Mazda.Vorher schon kommen diverse Kontrollampen,aber es hilft dir eh keiner bei Pluscar.Wie auch bei der Staffelübergabe keine Einweisung nichts.
Dann mit Hilfe des Hotels endlich jemand an der Strippe der dir sagt in der notwendigen Zeit kein Autotausch möglich, obwohl Teneriffa north steht alles voll wie ich mich später überzeugen konnte.! Also Taxi muss ja Vollkasko übernehmen. Tfs angekommen niemand erreicht . Zuhause x Mails mit Rechnung, keiner reagiert.Nie wieder man muss ausdrücklich warnen,Finger weg von Pluscar. Keiner ersetzt dir den nicht genutzten Tag,Benzin das Taxi. Zeugen habe ich auch vom Hotel ein Haustechniker,sowie von der Rezeption ganz zu schweigen von meiner Frau. So darf kein Urlaub zu Ende gehen

Very poor service, arrived to pick the car up from a man who is working from the back of a van in the middle of the car hire place. Took ages for the car to arrive and when it did it was dirty, damaged and the child seat was disgusting. When we took the car out it had no power, struggling to get out of junctions and pull away from anything. Our villa was up a hill and it wouldn't get up and after 1.5 hours of us having it, the clutch stuck in....mid hill.....and then the car wouldn't start. We got stuck on a hill, called the office and at first they were sympathetic and they sent out a flat bed with a new car for us. The flat bed guy wanted 60 euros for getting the car and then pluscar said we would be charged for the clutch etc. as this was not covered.... we'd had the car about 2 hours at this point. They said they would contact us to let us know how much the bill would be, but never have and we are now a week on. The second car wasn't really much better, dirty, scratched, dented, hole in the door.....do not hire from this company!!!

Nous avons réservé une voiture via site internet PlusCar pour l’aéroport de Fuerteventura.
On a bien pris possession du véhicule. Nous avions réservé un cabriolet. Lors de la remise des clés nous avons demandé à avoir une démo pour décapoter la voiture. On nous a répondu que tout fonctionnait et pas besoin de démo. Nous avons pris la route et en fin d’après-midi nous avons voulu décapoter et impossible : message d’erreur et il manquait une pièce. Nous avons immédiatement envoyé un mail et WhatsApp avec photos pour avoir de l’aide.
Le lendemain : relance car pas de réponse. On a téléphoné et on nous a raccroché 2 fois au nez car ne parle pas trop anglais . On a renvoyé un mail demandant un dédommagement car on a payé plus cher pour avoir un cabriolet mais pas eu la possibilité d’en avoir le plein usage. Aucune réponse. Lors de la remise du véhicule au départ on a discuté avec la personne de l.‘aéroport qui nous a dit qu’il ferait remonter le problème….pas eu de News ni de réponses à nos mails et WhatsApp … dernier mail envoyé 4 jours après restitution de la voiture mais tjs pas eu de réponse .
En résumé : si vous avez un problème sur place et que vous ne maîtrisez pas la langue espagnol vous serez livré à vous même et aucun service clients ….

Achtung Abzocke und Betrüger!!!
Wir haben uns bei PlusCar in Teneriffa ein Auto ausgeliehen und es wurde nach der Abgabe des Fahrzeuges 400.- Euro zusätzlich von der Visa Karte abgebucht obwohl der Händler sagte alles sei in Ordnung. Nach tagelanger Nachfrage warum die 400.- Euro zusätzlich abgebucht wurden, kam dann die Anwort für den Kupplungsschaden und die Reparatur. Das Auto hatte schon 73600 km auf dem Tacho und die Kupplung war schon längst fällig ausgetauscht zu werden. Wir sind auch nur ca. 200 km ganz normal mit dem Auto gefahren. Der Autovermieter hat aber gar nichts gesagt, dass wir den Schaden bezahlen sollen, sondern einfach von der Visa Karte abgebucht. Im Mietvertrag stand auch nichts davon, dass wir bei einem solchen Schaden dafür haftbar gemacht werden können. Wir gehen jetzt vor Gericht und hoffen, dass wir unser Geld wieder zurück bekommen. Nie wieder PlusCar ! !! Abzocke und Betrüger

Plus car , una vez y nunca más , mejor buscar otra alternativa con otra empresa más seria y profesional .

Coche simple de fábrica, salidas de aire rotos, imposible mover los retrovisores desde dentro ya que el mecanismo estaba roto. Los limpia parabrisas rotos que la goma no limpiaba la luna. Lleno de arañazos toda la carrocería. Y para Tenerife con la cantidad de cuestas que tiene el motor era insuficiente. Transmito mi queja a la empresa y me contestan que pase y vemos si pueden cambiarla, claro!!!! Tengo tantos días de vacaciones como para buscar un oficina física y acudir con la incertidumbre si me lo cambian. Muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
