Experiencia lamentable de principio a fin. El chico que nos atendió —un niñato con muy pocas ganas de atender y que, por cierto, se daba un aire a Quevedo— nos entregó el coche sin darnos ni una mínima explicación. Para colmo, el coche no arrancaba y, en lugar de ayudarnos, tuvo la gracia de hacer el típico comentario machista totalmente fuera de lugar y de muy mal gusto.

Después vino lo peor: nos dieron un coche que se calaba constantemente y parecía estar ahogado todo el tiempo, hasta el punto de darnos problemas durante todo el alquiler. Y, por si fuera poco, ni siquiera era del color que habíamos solicitado.

Vamos, que TODO MAL. Con la cantidad de empresas de alquiler de coches que hay en Tenerife, desde luego hay muchísimas opciones antes que esta. No volveríamos a repetir ni la recomendaríamos. Esperamos que esta reseña sirva para que la gente se lo piense dos veces antes de contratar con ellos.

Me tuvieron esperando más de 1 hora en la sucursal del puerto de la cruz y encima pasan de ti porque si no hubiera vuelto a llamar seguiría ahí esperando y encima ni siquiera un descuento o alguna compensación por las molestias ni nada no volvería a alquilar nunca más con ellos

Una estrella porque no hay forma de dar menos , pésimo servicio al cliente , falta de respeto y profesionalismo, me asesoro una compañera en la misma oficina para llenar el formulario online y soy residente canario pero vivo en usa y puse misma oficina datos de contacto de Tenerife y me denegaron la solicitud decidí hacer la reserva por mi dirección de estados unidos y me la aceptaron , llamé para hacer un cambio y el señor en ves de cambiar la fecha me canceló la reserva porque dice que había falsificado mis datos , en vez de corroborar fue más fácil cancelar , pésimo cero estrellas

Reservé un Cabrio (A5 o similar), mi sorpresa fue cuando llego y me dicen que no me dan un cabrio.... Y eso que intenté asegurarme por email unos días antes. Al final me dan un coche de otra clase, ni cabrio ni nada, sin ninguna compensación ni descuento. Un desastre total....Además un depósito de 600 euros, el coche sucio y la recogida del coche está muy lejos de la terminal del Aeropuerto Tenerife Norte. Servicio pésimo.

Llevo tiempo intentando alquilar un coche y, curiosamente, nunca hay disponibilidad para las fechas que solicito. Cuando pregunto en la oficina, me facilitan un número de teléfono para realizar la reserva, pero al llamar me indican que debe hacerse únicamente a través de la página web.
Además, cuando pregunto qué vehículos tienen disponibles, vuelven a remitirme a la web sin darme ninguna información. Esta situación me hace sentir que los residentes no recibimos el mismo trato que los turistas, ya que resulta muy difícil acceder al servicio o recibir una atención clara y transparente

INCOMPETENCIA TOTAL – EVITADLOS COMO A LA PESTE

Una agencia que funciona peor que un reloj roto. Su empleado me aseguró en persona que el scooter estaba disponible por 24€ durante 24 horas. ¿El resultado? La agencia estaba cerrada cuando volví a reservar, cero respuesta al teléfono durante horas, y cuando por fin me devolvieron la llamada me dijeron que solo se reserva online – información que su brillante empleado se había olvidado convenientemente de mencionar.

Reservé online a las 13.22, con salida fijada para las 10 de la mañana siguiente. Me llegó un correo diciéndome que me confirmarían "en breve". En breve resultó ser a las 10.16 del día siguiente – es decir, 16 minutos DESPUÉS del inicio del alquiler – para decirme que no tienen disponibilidad. ¿El scooter? Ahí aparcado, reluciente e inutilizado, cogiendo polvo.

Me presenté en persona: oficina cerrada, nadie. Llamé para señalar que me habían puesto en una situación difícil contando con promesas nunca cumplidas: como respuesta, mala educación pura y dura y cero asunción de responsabilidad.

Esta gente no sabe lo que es la gestión de un cliente, un sistema de reservas que funcione, ni siquiera la cortesía más básica. Si buscáis un alquiler de confianza, id a otro sitio – cualquier otro sitio. Este lugar es el ejemplo perfecto de cómo NO se gestiona un negocio.

Cero profesionalidad, cero comunicación, cero vergüenza.

I am sharing my experience to warn others about a serious issue with a car rental company in Tenerife.
In January 2026, I rented a car in Tenerife. Shortly after, I noticed that the company had charged an additional €200 to my card without any prior notice or explanation. It took me about a month to get the money back, and the company claimed it was due to an “employee mistake.”

Although the issue seemed resolved, in April 2026 I was charged again – €137.55 was deducted from my account. At that time, I was not in Tenerife and had not rented any vehicle.
This raises serious concerns about how this company handles customer payment details and authorizations. Unauthorized charges appearing months later are not acceptable.
I strongly advise everyone to carefully review all contract terms before signing, especially clauses related to payment authorization. Even a small checkbox may grant the company permission to charge your account later.
Also monitor your bank statements closely after using such services.
If anyone else has experienced similar issues, it would be useful to know.

Übrigens: das Auto war auch nicht so toll , schmutzig innen und außen. Das hat keiner mehr nötig.

Paid 109 euros for 6 days for a Fiat 500. No deposit required on there budget cars, was a bit sceptical but everything was great! On arriving at the airport we walked past the huge queues at the car rental booths, the company i nearly went with at double the cost had a queue that had to be over an hours wait. We followed the instructions and found the plus car rep sitting in the sunshine in the car park at plus cars bay, no queue at all. We signed the documents, I was still expecting to be hit with a big deposit or hidden extras but no, he handed us the key and showed us our car parked a few feet away. I done the usual take pics and video before we left but as insurance was included not really required, he just said on return pop the keys through the slot in the back of the plus cars van that was parked where he was sat. We had a fab week then on return popped the keys through the slot in the van as he said and left for home. Great experience and until anything changes my mind will deffo be the go to hire company in Tenerife. Thanks you

Es werden Wochen nach der Rückgabe weitere Beträge von der Kreditkarte abgebucht ohne eine Autorisierung des Karteninhabers.
Wenn Ihr sowas erlebt, zur Polizei, den Betrug melden dann mit der Anzeige zur Bank und das Geld zurückbuchen lassen.

Ich war seit Jahren Kunde bei Pluscar und war immer zufrieden, unter anderem wegen der Vollkasko ohne Selbsbeteiligung.
Diesen Januar hatte ich einen kleinen Schaden, den ich Pluscar sofort mitgeteilt habe. Jetzt wurde meine Krefitkarte mit 250 Euro belastet.
Auf Email/WhatsApp reagiert Pluscar nicht.

Un servicio excelente y sobretodo humano.
Alquilé un coche en la compañia y al dejarlo en la oficina, tuve el despiste de olvidar una chaqueta en el vehículo.
Una trabajadora llamada Marga, pese a estar visiblemente atareada, y circunstancialmente sin ayuda de otros compañeros, no dudó en acercame la chaqueta a la terminal.
Esos detalles marcan la diferencia.

Pluscar La Palma
Wir hatten vor einem halben Jahr einen Mietwagen bei Pluscar reserviert. Er sollte uns am Kreuzfahrtterminal La Palma am dortigen Büro übergeben werden. Bei Ankunft war das Büro geschlossen, eine Telefonnummer an der Scheibe. Dort angerufen und die Meldung erhalten, dass der Kollege in 5 Minuten da sei. Nach 20 Minuten war noch niemand da und dann habe ich wieder angerufen. Mehrmals wurde der Anruf weggedrückt. Als ich endlich jemanden erreicht habe sollte ich ein Foto meiner Buchung per SMS senden. Habe ich gemacht und als Antwort per SMS folgendes bekommen: We don't have a car, sorry.
Das sind Betrüger. Wahrscheinlich haben sie den Mietwagen zu einem deutlich teurerem Preis vermietet und wir saßen jetzt ohne Auto da!

Reservation was so simple, so we taught it was scam. But after we arrived, our car ''T-Roc'' was waiting for us. Car had bumps and dents, so we recorded a video, and after rent video was recorded. Thank god none of that was not needed as our deposit were released after 3-4 working days. So gratefull for cabrio, we expected some problems (based on reviews) so I decided to be gratefull and write my own experiance.

Do not use this service if you value your life, and your family’s life.
Within 10 minutes leaving the airport the car broke down on the highway. Driving the car less than 10 km and they insisted on me paying for a new clutch.
Stay well away, I repeat, stay well away.
I wish you and your family happy time in Tenerife, so stay away from this operation.
Can’t understand how it’s legal or even allowed in the EU. Needs to be investigated.

Cuidado con esta empresa te dice que el coche está asegurado a todo riesgo y es mentira a parte los coches tienen miles de kilómetros y el embrague te lo cobran según a ellos les parece no son de fiar
