Everything went perfectly fine, a representative met me at the P1 car park exit 8 of GC airport.
On the day of the drop-off I found it a bit hard to find the proper car park, do keep in mind it is the Private Car Park.

I recently rented a car with PlusCar Tenerife the week just gone from October 1st to today the 8th. And I can’t fault anything from my experience. The rep was a nice guy who met me at airport. The car was supposed to be an automatic but on arrival it was manual but that was fine. The 300e deposit if you don’t have credit card was a surprise as they advertise no deposit and also an email told me no deposit required. So maybe they could be more detailed in advertisement. But other than that the car was fine, ran smooth. Really clean inside and we requested a baby seat which the rep installed for us and it was also spotless. On return I had my deposit back and all by end of day which I was happy about as a lot of people saying they holding deposit but I got mine straight away even though I was told could take 4 days. So all in all I had a very pleasent experience.

Hired a car for a couple of days while on holiday in Fuerteventura, took the car out had a flat tyre this company has taken €625 out of my bank account since Saturday, I have asked for an invoice but will not give us one and are still taking money from my account. Please beware of this company

After almost 7 years renting with Pluscar Tenerife Sur and between 3 and 4 times each year, today has been one of the worst situations I have experienced on my holidays on the island. They gave me a car which stopped 3 times because the gear shift lever blocked when driving, they sent a mechanic to see the car, according to the mechanic there was a broken hose but at the office they refused to call the tow truck saying that if I called it it would be at my expense, I had to drive the car when it was not safe and it broke down again on the road, I recorded a video in which you can clearly see how the gear shift lever would not move and the guy at the office gave more priority to the video instead of sending someone to help me since I had been stranded on the road, several times he raised his voice, which I had to ask him please not to speak to me in that tone and look for a solution to help me and let him give priority to the video, I am a client on vacation on the island who has paid for a service in which they advertise with comprehensive insurance but I was denied the use of a tow truck. His response was that I couldn't leave the office and leave her alone, which I fully understand. When he came to my aid, he came with an automatic car, which I don't know how to drive. If I knew how to drive, I would rent it without a problem, but that's why I always choose a car with gears. Even so, the guy looked angry. He tried my car by himself, going around a roundabout, and with that he told me the car was fine. Even so, I drove it to the office in Chafiras and it almost broke down on me again on 2 more occasions. They gave me a new car, but I wouldn't recommend the treatment and the situation I experienced to anyone. I lost an entire day of vacation because of this situation. I hope this reaches a lot of people and that the Pluscar staff learns that it is a priority and how to treat customers.

Rented a car from this company,
After returning the car in the same state as we got it they returned the 300 deposit.
The guy at the airport said tjat a inspection was not necesary
After three days the get a another 100 euro's from our account, no contact, no proof of the "dammage"
Thry calling them 20 times send email. No response.

Dont hire a car here!!! . Big scamp company l. Not trusted at all!!! Poor cars with scratches all over bad tyres and after payment scammimg you with false dammages!!!

I rent Audi a1 at Tenerife
I was worried about plus car when read customer reviews.But is number 1 car rent I ever had, car new like promised no extra cost deposit coming back same day.

vlotte verwerking bij aankomst. We kregen een nieuwe wagen en die reed dan ook fantastisch. Het terugbrengen van de wagen was super gemakkelijk en snel. Een aanrader! Geen waarborg of andere zorgen.

Oft gemietet nie Probleme gehabt

No recomiendo esta compañía y menos la oficina de Tenerife Norte que es en la que alquilamos una furgoneta que no andaba a penas, mal estado por dentro, nos atendieron fatal y nos hicieron esperar a las 23h con una niña pequeña, al dejar el vehículo nadie lo verificó y al llegar a casa nos encontramos con que nos han quitado 250€ por un desperfecto del interior, que nosotros no habíamos hecho ni el coche que alquilamos lo tenía, lo pero?? Nadie nos responde, nos cuelgan el teléfono y no nos hacen ningún caso. MALÍSIMA EXPERIENCIA

Atención fatal, muy mal educados, exceptuando el chico que nos atendió al llegar.
Llamé por una duda para devolver el coche y la señorita que me atendió al teléfono, me trató como si fuera tonta.
No recomiendo en absoluto está empresa.

Ich miete seit zehn Jahren Autos bei dieser Firma und hatte noch nie irgendwelche Beschwerden oder Probleme. Dieses Jahr, zwei Wochen nach der Rückgabe, sagen sie mir, dass sie mir 200 Euro für eine Beule berechnen werden.
Ich hatte keinen Unfall und habe das Autos so abgeben wie ich es bekommen habe. Hatte mehrere anrufen mit Ihnen aber sie bestreiten es und nach einige Minuten hängen Sie das Telefon ab was ohne etwas zu sagen.
Ich rate Ihnen ab bei dieser Firma ein Auto zu vermieten so wie ich im Internet gelesen habe ist das eine neue Masche um Geld zu ergattern.

Sono dieci anni che noleggio auto da questa compagnia e non ho mai avuto lamentele o problemi. Quest'anno, due settimane dopo aver restituito l'auto, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero addebitato 200 euro per un'ammaccatura.
Non ho avuto incidenti e ho restituito l'auto come l'ho ricevuta. Ho avuto diverse telefonate con loro ma negano e dopo qualche minuto riagganciano il telefono senza dire nulla.
Vi consiglio di non noleggiare un'auto da questa compagnia perché ho letto su internet che si tratta di una nuova truffa per ottenere denaro.

I have been hiring cars from this company for ten years and have never had any complaints or problems. This year, two weeks after returning the car, they tell me that they will charge me 200 euros for a dent.
I have not had an accident and have returned the car as I received it. Had several calls with them but they deny it and after a few minutes they hang up the phone without saying anything.
I advise you not to rent a car from this company as I have read on the internet this is a new scam to get money.

We rented a car in February 2024, we are now July 2024 and they don't give the deposit back of €300.

Super Autovermietung, haben schon öfters dort ein Auto gemietet, 1-2 mal im Jahr, seit 6 Jahren, immer ohne Probleme, super zufrieden ! Einmal ist das Auto nicht mehr angesprungen, weil die Batterie leer war. Es war sofort ein Mitarbeiter da und hat diese gewechselt. Die Bewertungen die hier teilweise erstellt werden, kann ich nicht verstehen. Habe noch nie Kautionen bezahlt. Diese Leute die so etwas schreiben, sind bestimmt auf irgendwelche Betrüger reingefallen. Und wenn man die AGBs auch richtig liest, steht dort drin, dass man nicht immer, das Auto bekommt, dass man bucht, sondern eins aus der selben Kategorie. Habe auch noch nie etwas nachbezahlt.
Kann Plus Car aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Voleur voleur nous avons loué une voiture nous avons laissé une caution de 600€ on devait la récupérer sous 14 jours ça fait 1 mois est toujours rien. Donc j’ai fait appel à mon avocat est mon assurance juridique!!! À fuir à fuir !!!!

Esta mañana teníamos una reserva en Tenerife norte de un coche. Al ir a recogerlo nos comentan que es en de Tenerife Sur…
Revisando el mail de confirmación, el error ha sido desde la central porque mi reserva estaba hecha al
norte.
La solución ha sido que yo tenga que pagar de mi bolsillo 20€ más por un error vuestro.

Una M.i.e.r.d.a. de compañía, tercer mundial. Encargamos silla para bebe y lo tenían apuntado en una hoja pero en otra parte no, no nos la trajeron y tuvimos que esperar a que fuera a buscarla. La silla daba pena encima. Cunado vimos el coche , destrozado y sucio por dentro y sin las tapas del aíre acondicionado, cosa que el chico nos dijo que era normal en todos los coches. El trabajador tenía un coche mejor que el nuestro, de risa y el se reía también. Al entregarlo nadie verifica nada de como está ni recogen llaves sino que las dejas dentro y el coche abierto. Asique mejor no alquiles, te pasas por el garaje y consigues uno gratis de otro que lo haya entregado. Sin duda no alquiles coche con pluscar.

La réservation s'est faite par internet et téléphone, tout semblait sérieux.
Première surprise. Arrivé à l'aéroport, en pleine nuit comme prévu, on nous indique que la remise des clés ne se fera que contre 20€ supplémentaire. Frais de nuit ! Nous n'avions pas le choix, on a payé. Tout cela se passe sur un banc, dans le noir, avec une personne très mal aimable et qui ne fait aucun effort de compréhension !
Deuxième surprise. Le réservoir est totalement vide, mais une station se trouve quelques centaines de mètres plus loin. Nous devrions pouvoir l'atteindre... Espoir !
Troisième surprise. La clé de la voiture ne vous servira que pour le contact et le coffre. La porte conducteur a été forcée, vous pouvez l'ouvrir avec n'importe quoi, même un bâtonnet de glace. Pour celle du passager, ce n'est pas la bonne clé !
Quatrième surprise. Le système de réglage du rétroviseur extérieur passager est cassé. Nous avons pu voir défiler le sol pendant toutes les vacances.
Cinquième surprise. Le pare soleil conducteur est cassé. Lunettes impératives.
Sixième et dernière surprise ? Le jour du retour du véhicule à l'aéroport, personne. Pas de contrôle du véhicule ! Nous avons laissé le ticket de parking dans la voiture (qui ne ferme pas!), et déposé la clé dans un véhicule Car Plus, ouvert à tous les vents ! 
Bon, pour faire simple, un loueur de voiture à éviter de toute urgence, ou alors pour la réalisation d'un bon vidéo gag. Nul !!!

The car was returned the 4 may, we are the 28 may and still nothing. Of course the person is not responding anymore. I'll update my comment if they give back our cash.

Nunca alquiléis coches con esta empresa, coches destrozados, muchos kilómetros, cualquier problema te mandan al taller. Nos tuvieron más de 40 minutos con un bebé, en el taller, cuando si un vehículo da problemas, lo tendrían que sustituir directamente. El chico de Tenerife se reía de nosotros cuando hablamos con el. Jamás volveré a alquilar un vehículo con esta empresa
