Appalling customer service.
Plumbhub took my order and took my money.
Item was booked in for delivery, I waited in all day and it didn't arrive. I phoned, online messaged, emailed and phoned again and again. No one responded by any means and I am still waiting for some response weeks later!!
Don't touch this company with a barge pole

Took a few days to be delivered then parcel force didn’t leave it like any other courier would so I had to wait another day for them to bring it back. Then I screw all the brackets to the wall and hang it to find there’s a crease in the lower front facing part of the radiator.

I found the whole process excellent when buying a very large radiator through plumbhub. The day after ordering I received a phone call to arrange delivery, great flexibility on delivery date to fit around my requirements. The radiator was delivered on the date requested and the product was very well packaged and protected by delivery company Overall a great experience. I am looking to change a number of radiators and I would definetly use plumbhub again.

I ordered one three panel radiator, not a cheap product. I placed the order on a Friday morning and it was delivered on the following Thursday afternoon. It arrived damaged from poor quality manufacture. Post sale customer service has been poor and I have not appreciated the tone of their emails, nor their lack of help in finding a reasonable solution. I have had terms and conditions quoted at me and would recommend you do actually read the small print. PlumbHub do not check products such as this before shipping and rely on making claims against the manufacturers warrantee rather than providing a reliable service. I will end up bearing the cost for the faulty goods.

The lesson learned is that Ultraheat radiators are not manufactured to a good quality and that you should allow plenty of time for replacement goods because the quality will not be checked and is unreliable.

PlumbHub is not a company I should wish to do business with in the future.

The ordered item has been discontinued. An alternative was offered at the same price and arrived the next day! Absolutely first class communication and service!

Ordered a designer radiator, got it at a price I was more than happy with. The delivery was confirmed via a telephone call as it was despatched, then on the day recieved a telphone call from driver an hour or so before he arrived.

Eight days after purchase and my order hasn't even been posted yet according to Hermes tracking! I will NEVER use 'Plumbhub' again. What a massive disappointment.
