Took my money, then abandoned me when their shipper messed up
I preordered OP-16 Japenese booster boxes through Playasia. The package was never delivered to me - it was misdelivered to the wrong address by the carrier. This wasn't a vague "package lost" situation: I got USPS to formally investigate, and they sent me an official letter confirming the misdelivery in writing.
I gave that proof directly to Playasia. Their response was to say they were "investigating with their shipping dept" ... and then nothing happened for months. I had to email them weekly just to get any kind of update, and every reply was vague with no real timeline or resolution.
Eventually they told me I needed to file a police report over a $120 order. There's no crime to report ... this was a carrier misdelivery, which is something the seller should be resolving with their shipping partner, not pushing back onto the customer as a condition of getting help.
Bottom line: if something goes wrong with your order, don't expect Playasia to actually help you fix it. Months of stalling, zero accountability, and I'm still out the money with nothing to show for it. Would NOT recommend ordering here, especially not for preorders.

I placed order #66975615 for a digital PSN card and paid with cryptocurrency.
NOWPayments confirmed that payment **4778119382** was successfully completed and that the funds were credited to the merchant’s account. The Play-Asia product page also shows that I purchased the item.
However, the order is still showing “Waiting for payment”, and I have not received the digital code yet.
I have contacted Play-Asia support several times and am currently waiting for assistance.
I’m posting this review mainly in the hope that someone from the Play-Asia team can look into the order and help resolve the issue. I will be happy to update this review once everything is sorted out.

I want to be honest about my experience with PlayAsia. I was excited about my order, but unfortunately there were delays and some of my items were back-ordered. I also had to cancel some items and wait for my refund, which was frustrating.
The customer service process took longer than I expected, and I had to contact them several times to get things sorted out. I really hope PlayAsia can improve communication and make refunds and order cancellations faster.
I appreciate the support they eventually provided, but overall, this experience was stressful for me. I hope my next order will be smoother and faster. 🙏🏼

After weeks of waiting and after gaslighting me with updates of "we are glad to inform you our other warehouse has your item and it's in transit" emails and "please be patient with us, we are receiving your order"
