Order canceled
Order canceled, then the same version offered at a higher price
I ordered Snow Bros. Special Anniversary Edition (Asia version) for $21.99 as part of order #67369731. Playasia later removed the item, stating that they could no longer source it.
However, the identical Asia version remained available on their website for $30.99. Customer service explained that the current stock came from a different supplier and offered to add it back only if I paid the $9 price difference.
My order also contains preorder items and is not scheduled to ship until December, so there was still time to resolve the stock issue. Instead, the item was removed from my invoice without giving me the option to wait.
I understand that supplier costs can change, but canceling an existing order and then asking the customer to pay more for the same version is a disappointing customer experience. Playasia would not honor my original purchase price.

After this review was posted, Play-Asia located the payment, apologised for the confusion, and offered compensation, which I've received. They've confirmed the code for my order will be processed once available. I'm updating this to 3 stars to reflect this partial resolution, and I'll move it up further once the order is fully completed and I receive the code.

Order #65285961 — Paid in full (39.8 USDT confirmed by NOWPayments), still no product or refund after 4+ months.
I paid for my order via crypto (NOWPayments, Payment ID 5864436265). A minor underpayment due to network fees led Play-Asia's system to cancel the order automatically. I sent the remaining balance, and NOWPayments confirmed in writing that the FULL amount (39.8 USDT) was delivered to Play-Asia's merchant wallet.
Since then: Play-Asia cancelled the order, refused to reactivate it, escalated my case to their finance team (June), then went silent for a month, and finally replied by checking the WRONG order number and claiming "no payment received."
I have provided the exact Payment ID and NOWPayments' written confirmation that funds were delivered. Play-Asia is holding my money with no product and no refund. Support has been polite but has strung this out for months with no resolution.

No Deliveries but a refund
Like - they deliver some orders
Update: Refunded me 489.71 out of 503.71 still got none delivered after a few weeks but I am happy with the refund.
Dislike - learned the hard way that refunds don't happen unless you use paypal I spent €254 and had to refund €94 for an item it said in stock but it wasn't in stock and I only got €53 refund out of €94 and they said the reason I can't get a refund is because of their policy. Update scammed again baught a ps4 game for € 23 not in stock €500 spent nothing to show for it basically no refund so far keep getting notifications saying item not in stock.

Took my money, then abandoned me when their shipper messed up
I preordered OP-16 Japenese booster boxes through Playasia. The package was never delivered to me - it was misdelivered to the wrong address by the carrier. This wasn't a vague "package lost" situation: I got USPS to formally investigate, and they sent me an official letter confirming the misdelivery in writing.
I gave that proof directly to Playasia. Their response was to say they were "investigating with their shipping dept" ... and then nothing happened for months. I had to email them weekly just to get any kind of update, and every reply was vague with no real timeline or resolution.
Eventually they told me I needed to file a police report over a $120 order. There's no crime to report ... this was a carrier misdelivery, which is something the seller should be resolving with their shipping partner, not pushing back onto the customer as a condition of getting help.
Bottom line: if something goes wrong with your order, don't expect Playasia to actually help you fix it. Months of stalling, zero accountability, and I'm still out the money with nothing to show for it. Would NOT recommend ordering here, especially not for preorders.

I placed order #66975615 for a digital PSN card and paid with cryptocurrency.
NOWPayments confirmed that payment **4778119382** was successfully completed and that the funds were credited to the merchant’s account. The Play-Asia product page also shows that I purchased the item.
However, the order is still showing “Waiting for payment”, and I have not received the digital code yet.
I have contacted Play-Asia support several times and am currently waiting for assistance.
I’m posting this review mainly in the hope that someone from the Play-Asia team can look into the order and help resolve the issue. I will be happy to update this review once everything is sorted out.
