The price and delivery are great.
The price and delivery is absolutely great. PDO have never failed to supply my cat with the specialist food that she needs.
My only gripe is with the payment process. I consistently have a problem with PayPal. I've used several machines and several browsers and each time I get a 501 error. I don't know whether this a PayPal problem or a PDO problem, but it's frustrating. I did note that one browser refused a connection because the security certificate had expired. Maybe this is the root?
I resorted to ordering by telephone. The staff were friendly and helpful and the order was delivered with the usual accuracy and speed.
