Patient and Understanding
I clicked on the wrong medication for my dog and didn’t realise until I had paid for it. I called and asked for it to be changed and this was not an issue. Then I checked the portal and realised that it needed the picture. I couldn’t upload it, so I called again. I sent it via email and asked for it to be changed to priority delivery. This was done but then received an email saying the picture was blurry. This was after the cut off time of 2pm. I called AGAIN, and the lady I spoke to said she would do her very best to get it sent out for delivery today (26/08/26). It arrived today and my poorly boy has finally had his first dose of antibiotics. Everyone I spoke to was so patient and understanding. Thank you for a great service!
