This is a scam zone, I transferred money to the app since yesterday, took hours before supports respond that I should provide evidence, evidence was provided, yet no solution. This transaction was done because a need call for it and still have having my money stuck

Please can the customer service reply me,its urgent

Ever since i came across this app, it has been my go to for transfers. Good exchange rate, easy to use app and fast transfers.

They stole £60 2 months till this day I don’t have the money and they blocked and delete ur acc when they feel like it

I have money in my wallet for the past 3 days but can't transfer money to recipient because the application keep flashing "there's a problem with your network." This has happened some other times and it is embarrassing that I would want to do an urgent transfer without getting through because your system is letting me. Why should I have my money in your hands without utilizing it for days??

I wonder how this app got 5 star ratings, I made a transaction about 8 hours ago and the transaction is still on pending. Have reached out to thr customer support and they don't have anything meaningful to say. This is one of the most useless app have ever came across on the internet. Very unreliable,am not sure they no exactly what they are doing. It would be better if I get a refund back in the original currency I made the transaction with. This as always been the issue with your app anytime someone decides to do transaction through your useless app.
