Very poor support
Very poor support, they don’t have any phone support whatsoever. Will only reply if they would like via chat msg. They put my account on hold without any notice and now asking for document to prove where I got these funds from. After submitting the docs there is no reply since 5 days. Not a reliable company at all. Use Remitly or Remitbee or wise those are the most reliable and better options.

Very terrible app with poor support
Very terrible app with delayed and poor customer service. I doubt their authenticity. Users need to be careful. No room to request for reversal of your money for failed transactions in the app. The customer service support staff are sluggish.

This is a fraudulent app!!! Take your hands off it!!!
During my first trial transaction with this app months ago, I experienced days of delay. Now on the 2nd of December 2024, I used this app again. This app defrauded me of my money and refused to either acknowledge or execute my transaction. I have written endless messages to the customer service, but the clown there was being mischevious. My source bank confirmed (with evidence) of having dropped the money in the Pesapeer bank. Till date and this very moment of dropping this review, this fraudulent app defrauded me of my money. I hope all intending users or prospective victims read this and back away.

O.M.G. This is my first time using Pesa and it is so fast and excellent with no hidden agenda. My brother introduced me it and it's awesome. The only initial concern was all the registration process where you have to take your photo, proof of ID and off verify it is you. This is essential so that nobody can pretend to be you and of course to cub scam etc. I give 5 stars because of the excellent and fast service I received. Thank you Pesa for making things easier. Although, you have to know how to set up to get it to work right for you otherwise if you're not tech savvy you'd be discouraged or if you don't have the right document to proof you are not a robot or scammers.
