Waste of time. Pesa needs to understand that not only British people live in England. I'm European and settled in the UK but I could not verify my account as I did not have a UK ID. Makes absolutely no sense.

Mi hanno attratto con la loro promozione di benvenuto e quindi ho provato L app per convertire in diverse valute e mandare i soldi da una valuta ad altra . Purtroppo ho avuto e ho ancora una brutta esperienza in quanto il mio prelievo è stato in progress per 3 giorni e oggi me lo hanno annullato e si sono mandati i soldi da soli verso di loro e poi mi hanno fatto di nuovo un prelievo mandandomi il resto a me. Che senso ha fare un bonus se puoi te lo riprendi? Aspetto almeno i miei soldi che arrivino.

Poor customer service
I have been trying to get my money back from Pesa over 12 days and the customer service with Pesa is horrible. I have had nothing but excuse after excuse from customer service and they are not willing to give me back the money in my account. I have tried to send my money back to my back and Pesa keeps reversing the transfer. I wish I never heard of Pesa. I would advise that anyone wanting to use a transfer service to find another company to work with.

I'm giving 1 star only because there is no 0 star, customer service is 0, I transferred 1100 pounds to my pesa account this morning, money has been hanging, no one is replying me, they all went mute on me, Monzo has provided me with transaction id, which I sent to them, yet nothing from pesa, no contact to call them, a very angry and unsatisfied customer here, this will definitely be the last transaction I will make with pesa

This platform is becoming a nuisance. Funding and sending money in and out of your account is always stressful. You will need contact customer service to chase your transaction. Once am able to clear my recent transaction, I am deleting the app straight away. I can’t be stressing myself spending my hard earned money

Seamless experience
Okay, so my friend in Canada sent me some cash through Pesa, the experience was seasmless. He introduced this to me and ever since, I have been using it for my transactions. The app interface is also a great one.
