I would have given a 5 star

I would have given a 5 star, as I have had very good experience using the app to send money. The rates are excellent, and the app works perfectly. No hidden charges, and you have peace of mind that your details and money is in good hands. But I had a very nasty experience with the customer service, and they resolved it in the most disrespecting and condescending manner. If not that I had no time, I was going to drag them to the ombudsman for the shitty service I received. Other than that, it is an amazing app. I do hope that they have trained their customer service agents though.

Pesa have the best rates

I normally compare Pesa with other money transfer apps before sending money to Nigeria. They typically have the best rates most of the time and the transfer happens between 1-2 minutes. The app is simple and easy to use. I can't really ask for more.

Works perfect for me

For me, Pesa has met my expectations. I needed a platform that could fund my GBP account in the uk from nigeria using Naira and the transaction is swift. I literally get credited within seconds and no additional offshore charges like the typical commercial banks.

Truffa e approvazione indebita

Purtroppo devo devi pessima applicazione,ho provato a convertire i miei fondi in euro per prelevarli,non mi accettava il PIN poi mi sono ritrovata con account bloccato , l' assistenza ha risposto che l'account è in revisione 🙈 questo da ieri ,i miei fondi scendono di valore,gli ho chiesto di sbloccarmi e resettare il PIN in modo da poter prelevare i miei fondi bloccati ma nessuna risposta oggi. Questa è truffa, appropriazione indebita ... Se continuano così dovrò andare da un legale.una vergogna
