This was one of the best customer experiences I have had, ever I placed an order of 14 pen sets- each engraved individually. The order was for Christmas presents. They were engraved and shipped in record time. Aneta the customer service person was responsive and professional.

I would recommend this company for any purchase. EXCELLENT!!!!!

I bought a leather pen case from this company. It arrived promptly and in good condition however, the "personalisation" I had ordered was in my opinion, poorly done and looked cheap and amateurish. I took it up with company who politely explained that my order has been processed correctly and that I was wrong in my opinion. I will not use this company again nor would I recommend it.

This company sent me a used pen, an ebony-colored Esterbrook Estie, completely drenched in ink, packed poorly, and not even including original packaging. Customer service was quick to react and I negotiated a 50% refund, which has been processed. The final experience was positive but the company should be more careful about these types of oversights, which negatively impact one's perception.

I recently made a purchase of a $200 planner which I ultimately decided wasn't for me so I ended up returning it. On their website it says they can't refund your shipping costs which I accepted. However, when I received my refund, it showed that they wouldn't refund the taxes either! I've never heard of a store not refunding their taxes when they've refunded the sale.

What a super company. Well in my eyes your customer service is way better than that of John Lewis!

Sadly this sort of C/S is very lacking in the UK. But this is our way back to being Great Britain.

They have a inscription service and it came out well, packaging was good.

I ordered (very last minute due to a holiday!) a personalised leather journal and pen for a colleague’s leaving gift presentation.
The customer service was excellent (especially Chris who was extremely helpful) and managed to expedite my order and made sure it was sent out the same day. Products are excellent quality. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Excellent after sales service even though I could have returned the product to manufacturer. Pen Haven did this for me.

Contacted support 4 different times for an exchange return and got zero response. Do I did a chargeback and got a response from them accusing me of fraud. Garbage company.

Lovely to find a stockist of WATERMAN PENS. Had a slight problem but the after sales service was great and now the problem has been solved. Definite one stop place for all things pens, especially fountain pens.

Excellent Customer Service
In July 2022, I bought a Parker Sonnet Premium fountain pen (£230), in January 2023, I noticed that there was a defect on the nib which was affecting the way it writes. I promptly got in touch with customer services who sent me a new nib which works perfectly and saving me having to buy a new nib for £80. I would definitely recommend this company as they provide excellent products at excellent process al the while providing brilliant customer service.

Ordered a Parker Pen for a Christmas gift along with a book, both arrived promptly and were much appreciated. Would order again :)

Needed parcel to go to work address. At check out company not on the label but was in my account address !! I emailed to ask why, Chris was amazing, said to place my order and he would make sure it was on there. I emailed him my order number and received an email back, confirming company name was on the label.
I paid for a quicker delivery £3 and it arrive very very quickly.
The pen is a gift and I’m very happy with it.

I ordered some pencil leads which arrived quickly and appear to be as described. I know this isn't anything to get too excited about, but I'd been let down twice by a supplier via Amazon so it's reassuring to know that reliable alternatives still exist.

ordered a two-toned nib but received a regular. got in touch with CS and was promised that the issue be resolved once "the boss is back from vacation". It's been months since boss's vacation and a follow-up email has not got any response.
My suggestion for non-UK or EU customers: skip this merchant or try at your own risk. I'm done with pen heaven for sure!

I placed an order with Pen Heaven late on the day before the Jubilee Bank Holiday.
The Company was running a special deal if your order was more than £20.00 you could use a code and get a fountain pen free. When I placed the order I did not scroll down to enter the code I realised my mistake and sent en email explaining my error. On the following Monday I received a reply from Chris to say he had put this right and sent the free gift with my order. On Wednesday I received my order along with the free gift, the company did not have to do this as it was my mistake entirely. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond in this matter.
I would not use any other company for my stationery needs, any time I place an order it arrives well packaged and very quickly even though I live in Ireland. They have such a large stock of items at excellent prices

Had a problem with a pen that was bought as a gift from Pen Heaven I contacted them to see if anything could be done about it. Chris advised me to return the pen which i did to see if they could repair it or send it back to the manufacturer, Chris then emailed me to say they had managed to fix the pen and it was posted back to me. Chris was so helpful and he and the team at Pen Heaven definitely get 5 stars from me. A great company to deal with. Thank you Chris and the team
