Pen Heaven Arvostelua 

Order placed for 5 Parker pen refills on a Friday for delivery on a Saturday, not a large order to complete. Paid for a Saturday delivery £11. Paid the extra as I did not want to hang around waiting for a mid week delivery.

So how does Pen Heaven do, 4 of the refills are correct, the fifth is a Medium when I placed an order for a fine point refill. And the icing on the cake no invoice.

If Pen Heaven despatch dept took the time to read the invoice these stupid mistakes would not happen.

I only went to Pen Haven for a fine point refill as they are difficult to get on the high street.

If this is the best Pen Heaven can offer, it's time to delete my account, and start looking for a new supplier, who might not have the range of items as Pen Heaven can supply. At least they might have the ability to complete my order correctly.

My ink order from Pen Heaven arrived this morning, and unfortunately one of the bottles had broken during transit, quite a long journey from the UK to Australia.

When I contacted them, they was incredibly helpful and offered a very prompt, fair, and generous resolution. I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled despite the unfortunate situation.

I would happily order from Pen Heaven again when I get the chance.

I made an order for a pen with engraving and embossed leather pouch. Everything was sent in reasonable time frame. But when it arrived to my country, the local courier service "lost" the package and tried to claim Force Majeure. I contacted customer service from Pen Heaven and was connected to Joe. He was extremely understanding and helpful, Contacted the courier, made them launch an investigation and lo and behold parcel was "found" It was delivered the next day after the investigation was launched. The parcel was opened so someone wanted the pen for themselves.
Thankfully all was good in the end, the pen, the engraving and the embossing on the leather case are all perfect.
Pen Heaven sent great product and their customer service did help me immensely when things out of their control got rough. So thank you Pen Heaven and thank you Joe.

I ordered a special pen for a special occasion...ordered it and realised I made a mistake on the wording. I needed a replacement part for my pen. Within two days of initially getting in touch a had the part and I was back writing. Great speedy service from people who couldn't have been better. I would fully recommend using these guys to anyone!

Excellent people to deal with. The pen I ordered as a gift for my wife arrived on the day they said it would. It came beautifully gift wrapped. She is over the moon with it.

Bought a propelling pencil, engraved, for my wife. Used for 7 days, stopped feeding lead, would not take another. A total waste of money. Going in the bin!

Was contacted by Joe after I wrote the above review and although I could not return the Pen to them, a refund was paid immediately. So, I cannot fault them on customer service.

Honestly the best place to get customised parker pens, got one for my friend as a gift and he absolutely loved it. The delivery was swift and the workmanship was top class. Definitely book marking for thoughtful gifts related to pens!

I cannot rate this company's customer service highly enough. In December last year I ordered four refills for my husband's Yoropen. When they came he popped the envelope (unopened) in a drawer. He is 79 and just a bit forgetful! Yesterday he brought out the refills and realised they were the wrong ones (this is now three months since we received them). Everyone makes mistakes. Contacted Pen Heaven by email and they kindly sent the correct refills (plus four extra, thank you!). They said not to bother returning the wrong ones. The replacement refills arrived today (less than 24 hours later). London to Ayrshire in less than a day. Impeccable customer service and kindness from Joe. No hesitation in recommending them. Brilliant service from Pen Heaven. I ordered a presentation pen with bespoke engraving and I am delighted with it — it looks fantastic and the engraving is perfect.
Joe was very helpful and communication was quick and clear throughout. Delivery was fast and the pen writes beautifully.

Ordered a pen as a gift and when it arrived it was damaged (the parcel was in bad shape, looked like it had been thrown around.) I emailed PenHeaven and within the day it was rectified. Another pen was dispatched in "bomb proof" packaging and it arrived the very next day!!! I was amazed!!

Ordered a parker pen for my daughter as a well done for some uni work, unfortunately I forgot she was now married and asked for her old surname to be engraved, contacted Pen Haven to try and get surname changed to her married name, this was not a problem for them and they not only changed it for me but delivered it extremely quickly. Very pleased with the whole service
