I ordered a Quill Pen and Ink set and the quill arrived broken off from the nib. Unfortunate! I wrote to Pen Heaven with a picture of the problem and they immediately sent out a replacement at no cost, which arrived 2-3 days later. This one arrived in perfect condition.

I haven't had a chance to test the product out yet as it just arrived today, but if their excellent customer service is any indication of the quality, I'm certain I'll enjoy this pen until the day I buy my first expensive, professional quality quill.

I purchased 3 beautiful fountain pens from Pen Heaven. I experienced a little problem and couldn't get them working and asked PH if they could help. I brought a Parker pen which was very fairly priced plus the engraving for a christmas gift. The item arrived quickly and the Italic font engraving was well done, not overly large and elegant.
It's great that you can check the font on the website.
Although I didn't use them for this order, I did appreciate that there is an option to engrave symbols, which isn't always available.
The Parker box was undamaged, which is always a worry.
Overall, very happy with my experience and is a lovely gift.
