Further to my post on 24 May this year ref refusal of this company to reimburse a fine for an already paid ticket, I contacted Gloucester Wildlife. They (Rhys) contacted PWE twice on my behalf and a guarantee was given by PWE that I would be paid the owed £35 back into my account. Guess what? It has not been paid. Got back to Rhys recently who kindly said he would contact them again. Good man v. crap company. I won’t hold my breath. Disgraceful company. Advice - if you’ve been cheated by this rogue outfit contact owners of site. Do not give in.

Hi Got a demand letter even though I made several attempts to pay for car park at Cuerden Hall , but machine would not take coinage (seemed blocked) and stated no card payments allowed - I didn't have my phone or pen /paper and live about 20 miles away - surely this company can tell if someone has input their registration number in an attempt to pay - why is there no card payments available

Shockingly bad organisation - crooks, in a word. Went to Crinkley Hill. No obvious notification or indication of security camera surveillance on entry. Suspect deliberate. No obvious indication of parking charge signage location. Suspect deliberate. Signage sparse and not in most highly visible locations. Suspect deliberate. Parked for half an hour on a Sunday night- yes, a Sunday night! and fined £60. Even though Crinkley Hill is owned by the National Trust, National Trust members are not exempt from parking fees and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust takes a cut of the fees - no doubt to help with staff salaries, decking them out in branded outdoor gear and enabling them to pay filmmakers to make films about parking regs.

Received a surprise PCN from Parkwithease for the Berry Head car park. I say surprise because I have a house in Brixham and I use this car park regularly for dog walking, as my account with them will show. I have NEVER left this park without paying - even when their NPR system has not registered my numberplate on entry, I have volunteered the parking information and paid anyway. I also never leave the machine without a physical receipt, so I'm certain I will have had one on this occasion, but unfortunately a recent clear-out of my car's glove compartment means that I can't now produce it. On receipt of the PCN I checked the account of the credit card I used that day and, sure enough, the parking amount transaction wasn't showing. I recall that on one occasion, and I think it was this one, both myself and the gentleman trying to pay at the adjacent machine were having considerable difficulties getting them to accept payment details. Nevertheless, we got there in the end. So I am wondering whether the machine actually passed on the fact that I'd paid to the parking company's servers. I'll never know of course - and I haven't the time or energy to pursue it - so I've paid the charge. The takeaway from this is never leave the machine without a receipt and hold on to it for a month or so!

This company are nothing but scam artists. They issue fines and time them to arrive so you have no option but to pay immediately or incur additional charges. They refuse to provide terms and conditions and IF you do pay and lodge an appeal they refuse to consider the appeal because of their terms and conditions.

I expect that they have also sold my data given the level of information they demanded which had no relevance to the actual "fine"

We are from West Midlands and we were visiting S Devon. Due to a breakdown with our own vehicle which is tax exempt we were using a rental vehicle as our vehicle need to be recovered back to West Midlands. We parked in the Dartmouth Castle car park on the 29th June and displayed our Blue Badge. We bought two ice creams, ate them and left. This morning on 25th July we have been notified by the rental company that a "ticket" was issued and we need to pay the rental company £35 admin fee. We still have not received the actual ticket from Park with Ease so that is an additional cost. The Dartmouth Car park is owned by Dartmouth Council and Park with Ease only manage the site. However Dartmouth Council also state on their website that Disabled parking is free for the first 3 hours.

Parked at Berry Head, these machines aren't easy peasy imo. However, having challenged the PCN I got a favourable, polite reply within 24 hours from a human! Can only speak as I find, and I have found that they have been very fair in my case.

Received a parking ticket which was legitimate. When I went online to pay for the fine, the website was showing an error message in terms of saying the payment had not been processed when it had. I then accidently paid my fine three times too many. I contacted parkwithease several times to get a refund but with absolutely no response. the contact phone number doesn't work either. I am owed £70. The customer service is soo poor yet as usual they are very quick to send a fine.

Park With Ease have replied to this review, asking me to email them so they can sort it out, BUT I already did that on Saturday, and they've not replied.*
I parked at Cuerden Valley carpark and paid the correct fee upon leaving, using PayPal. I received a fine notice of £35 which was only cancelled after I forwarded my email receipt.
Roll on a couple of weeks, and their system is once again showing that I have not paid for parking the next time I visited, even though I did pay in full using PayPal again. I have emailed them and await a response.
I won't be visiting again, as I don't want to risk being ripped off by this company.

I have a parking pass for queenswood in Herefordshire, and yesterday I received 3 parking fines!! 2 for the same day, apparently I left and then came back within a minute to stay another hour 😂 must be very dodgy machine if it's saying that as I did NOT come back. I also have been everyday for 2 weeks but only had 3 fines so how does that add up? Did they agree I had a pass those other days? In my mind this company is very dodgy to be giving fines when you have a pass and also saying I'm there when I'm not.
It's worrying that people are being fined for not even being there and having to prove it, if I didn't have pass I couldn't prove I didn't come back.

I have received numerous parking fines for a car that bears no resemblance to the colour, make or model of my car or its numberplate, for a carpark in a county I have never visited. This is harassment and I will seek legal advice against this company.

We parked at Cwm Idwal YHA in the Ogwen Valley (2 cars in our party). Parking ‘managed’ by Parkwith ease. We did not receive the free overnight parking as promised by the YHA. Neither the machine on site or the online option gave us the discount we were entitled too. Dreadful company - did not reply to my complaints.

Last year we recieved a fine when on holiday even though we had paid the correct amount! This year in the same car park which is a popular Beach car park, my payment said 'Transaction failed'. I paid again and later saw that the payment came out of my account twice! I emailed this awful company. They asked for proof. I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing the payment twice. No one has got back to me and now ignoring my emails!!

The companies website glitched. I explained in detail. But they are grabbing for parking tickets and are trying to extort £60.

I was shocked their “appeal” was nothing of the sort. Just a claim that because the website hadn’t glitched for others it hadn’t for me. Were they in my car? I have a witness so we will have to disagree on this.

I’ve invited them to call me to discuss what happened but they are hiding behind their effort and hope that I will pay their incorrect charge.

I’m not exactly sure or the date but putting an estimate below.

I can’t imagine why the wonderful Crickley Hill chose this company. No app. Website and functionality that feels about twenty years out of date. I just hope it was cheap for them.

If you are considering this company I advise avoiding. Terrible for consumers even before they tried to cheat me on a parking charge due to their website not working - or bad signal. But hey an app would have fixed that

Paid £2 fee at Crickley Hill Gloucester by card 10 May. Today received demand for £60 or £35 if paid promptly. Seeing my car photo, I paid £35. Then thought about it remembering I did pay. Checked my bank account and it showed £2 was paid in on 14 May (when I was on holiday in Dorset) I emailed an appeal to be refunded and got a response saying they couldn’t accept an appeal because the fine had been paid. I will pursue this.

Part II

The demand for payment was sent to me on 17 May. I received it on 22 May. My bank statement proves the fee was taken from my account on 14 May. Therefore their threatening claim was sent without any evidence on their part. They must have known the fee was paid.

According to their response today, because I paid the fine, albeit on my innocent assumption I had made a mistake, then my appeal was dismissed. I am now in the process of contacting the appropriate Ombudsman to report this disgraceful con.

Two parking fines 2 days and they send out the same photo for each fine, when the fee was paid but no paper in the meter to prove payment, this was at higher lodge cockington Torquay in April 24, trying to contact them with absolutely no replies. scammers the whole company, steer well clear

Maybe this is the right place. Why should we have to fork out for blue badges, aren’t disabled punished enough? I was told by someone at fife council it cost nothing. That’s a joke. I suppose it will be about forty pounds in three years. More money for the council I presume, who do t really do much else.

Absolutely atrocious. Sent me a PCN for Grizedale (wherever that is) with a picture of a BMW with Reg No. D68CDX stating that car was parked there on 16/03/24.
I know nothing about this car and it definitely isn't regiatered to me. Checked .GOV.UK site and the said car has no details on MOT side of things and tax was due on 30th March 2001. That car is also registered as a 1987 Ford 2792cc as below

What I want to know is, where did they get my details to send the PCN to? Something is very wrong with this company, who are registered with companies house as a Manufacturer of computers and peripheral equipment, nothing to do with parking at all. Something is screaming SCAM at me, so will be looking into this further and involving police, DVLA and the traffic commisioner

This is not a company that serves customers, so it’s a bit weird it’s here on Trust Pilot. Anyway, the business is filed with companies house as being in the business of computer peripherals. Maybe it’s those hidden cameras they have installed to spy on people so they can pilfer their money. Sorry, I digress. The good news is, the balance sheet looks pitiful, and the director has apparently earned less than the average UK wage, so taking people’s money clearly isn’t paying. There’s also only five people listed as working in the business, who between them probably can’t count to ten, so this will be the reason they don’t respond: writing emails needs a basic education. On the other hand, they might be ashamed of themselves and don’t have the guts to speak up.

Tried to pay for parking my Apple Pay declined so I tried again with success, later that day I noticed both payments had processed, I emailed the company via their customer complaint section was emailed back within hours and i provided proof if both payments on the same day and received a full refund. Was worried after reading some reviews on here but can only say my experience was fine and they kept me updated with what was happening and the refund was fast.
