Welcome to Dorchester. 😒 I would advise against using their car parks.

Machines not working so tried to pay online, tried twice and both times stated £0 as I was under 30 minutes. Then received a fine in the post, which I contested. I was told as I used their car park I should have paid. But I wasn't able to as the website displayed a £0 charge.
I paid the fine as I didn't want it to go any higher.
Will never use this car park again!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Parked at Cuerden Valley. Machine not working. Paid immediately while sat in my car on the car park. Received fine. When I have checked payment has not been processed until the following day. Appealed fine on day I received letter. 2 weeks later and no response. No way to contact by phone. Clearly don't want to be bothered providing any form of customer service. Seems that they cannot be bothered to provide a response to the vast majority of these reviews either. Appalling company.

These thieves need to get their machines working🤔
Never even heard of these crooks before and I've parked in that particular car park for years with no problem.
I will send them an e-mail telling them that if their machines don't work,how can anyone pay?
I will tell them I will not pay their extortion fee so don't bother making threats about taking it further.
Out of interest,I have read other reviews from the same car park.
They actually did reply to an e-mail,claiming that others had used the machines OK on the same day but according to some other reviews,they said the machines were playing up🤔
Someone is lying and I think we can guess who😏

One machine not working, the other would only take cash when it came to leaving, odd in an age when everyone being encouraged to use cards. Seems strange to have created another type of parking method, no ticket or evidence of parking seems very user unfriendly to me.
It wouldn’t print a receipt so have to assume our payment correctly accepted. Not a good or easy system. Who allowed this company to buy the car park from the Council and why?

I made the mistake of using this car park. Put cash in the machine to pay for my stay each night. However the machine would never print a receipt even though I requested one. Then in the post I received a Parking Charge Notice for £70. I know I paid. They know I paid but I have no ticket to prove I paid. Lesson learnt. My advice to people is don’t use this car park. Use the Dorset Council one next to it. Sad pensioner now out of pocket. Scammers

Well you can park but not with ease
Avoid at all cost

3 fines in a month.
2 for defective machine successfully overturned. The 3rd for 1 minute over. (Yes I know my fault but come on) No response to the emails for that one. Standard parking firm not looking at the big picture of lost revenue over the year.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They made me pay again in order to access my car- they left the keys under the wheel for hours needing a £15 ticket to get out of Gatwick

Zero use as a company with their parking machines constantly out of order - no response to contacting them to get them fixed. Time this company actually did something fro the money they charge.

The payment machine was out of order when I tried to pay at the car park and there were no instructions what to do in such a case. I don't know what prompted me but fortunately, I took a photo of the screen, "just in case." Two weeks later I was sent a parking notice of a fine of £60 because of non-payment.
I emailed an appeal with the photo attached as evidence at about 5pm on a Friday evening and was amazed to get a response at about 10pm the same day confirming that the fine was cancelled.
It sucks that automated fines are sent out even when the machines are out of order (-5 stars) but I'm happy to give parkwithease credit for the efficient way that the appeals procedure works if you can provide evidence. Having said that, it shouldn't be up to an customer to retain evidence on the off-chance that the company's automated procedures are fallible - which they clearly are on occasion. The parking notices need to be reviewed by a human who can check against any known breakdowns before they are sent out.

Been given a parking charge which is clear error. however my friend has paid due to worry. The Yha castleton has validated error but unable to contact them.

Beware, Beware, Beware - Berry Head

If paying with cash make sure you keep the receipt, you have no other way of proving you’ve paid. I parked at Berry Head on the 26Sept, paid the £3 and luckily I kept the receipt. I then received a penalty notice on the 12th Oct stating I was going to be fined £50 for non payment, £30 for quick payment.

A plus for Park With Ease is that as soon as I had contacted them with the evidence the penalty notice was withdrawn, thankyou.

Received a fine for non payment. Checked my bank and as I thought it shows the transaction I made when I paid. I await a response from these cowboys regarding obtaining my details unlawfully from the DVLA. I won’t be paying. I am considering action against both park with ease and DVLA for a breach of data protection. They have no right to my personal details when I have done nothing wrong.

Forces you to accept terms and conditions, with being able to read them. Will give 14 days for reduced payment from the notice period, but will wait a week before posting. And leave 3 days to pay. Absolute scam artists.

Parked at Gisburn car park, paid at the machine using debit card, payment Approved, machine out of paper so no receipt available. Checked on parkwithease app and says I still need to make payment 24 hours later. No reply to emails. No way to contact via telephone. Only option is to pay again, to avoid fine. Terrible customer experience but I suppose it doesn't matter if you are the sole provider of parking services in the area.

Used car park that photographs your registration and then tells you on leaving how much you owe. Charged incorrectly. Tried twice to liaise with company who finally said my fault as I selected the fee. At the car park I was at this was not possible as it told me what to pay. Whilst at car park decided charge of £4.50 which was £3.00 more than I should of paid was better than being fined for non payment. Waste of time customer services at this company and they overcharge and accept no responsibility
