ho appena ricevuto un ordine e devo dire che sono molto arrabbiata.Prima di tutto, nella fattura che accompagnava la merce hanno scritto cose non vere circa il materiale acquistato:ho acquistato acciaio ed hanno scritto ferro, ed invece di pietra dura ,vetro
Hanno omesso le reali quantita' di merce ,e alcuni articoli erano in quantita' inferiore all'ordinato e PAGATO
un articolo ,non ordinato e messo al posto di un altro
Medagline in acciao tutte graffiate ed invendibili
MAI PIU' COMPRERO' DA QUESTA AZIENDA
E sinceramente mi meraviglio, perche' in 25 anni che compro in Cina non ho mai avuto esperienze cosi pessime .....................ma poi per poco piu' di 500 euro
Della serie mi avete fregato una volta e non lo rifarete piu'
Anche il fatto che ti fanno fare prima l'ordine , nelle quantita',che vuoi, ti fanno pagare e poi ti informano che alcuni articoli non ci sono e ti chiedono di sostituirli...........e ' gia' questo fa pensare male, perche' assurdo mettere in vendita articoli che non hanno....................
La sostituzione e' solo per farti fare confusione e alla fine ti mandano quello che vogliono e nel mio caso devo avere anche 13.2 euro che mi dicono mi erriveranno fra due mesi.
Tradotto nel pratico, vuol dire persi.
Ditemi voi se e' giusto che esistano aziende cosi poco serie , per non dire altro

Made my first order at pandahall, what a nice experience. Massive range from low grade tot AA grade stones, findings, other supplies and all in between.
The costom service was very helpful when i had questions about the order.
Within 2 weeks i received my order(Netherlands) i am pleasantly surprised about the company.

Hab so etwas noch nie erlebt.
Habe im Dezember die selben Artikel ( 804 Gramm)
bestellt wie im Januar 2024 (803 Gramm)
Naja, die Versandkosten waren schon sehr hoch, aber dann sollte ich plötzlich nochmal Porto 3,10 Euro zusätzlich nachzahlen, obwohl die Bestellung abgeschlossen und bezahlt war.
Hab den Kundenservice gefragt, ob ich stornieren kann, da mir 11,73 Euro Porto definitiv zu viel sind, oder ob eine Kundenfreundliche Kulanzentscheidung möglich ist und auf die zusätzlichen Portokosten von 3,10 Euro verzichtet werden kann.
Natürlich nicht , das liegt daran, dass Paket wohl nun 982 Gramm schwerer ist oder größer...
Unter diesen Umständen hätte ich keine Wolle für 8,82 Euro dort bestellt.
Sicherlich haben die mir als kleines Dankeschön noch n Goldbarren reingelegt...ich bin begeistert über so tolle Verkäufer.
Also VORSICHT, es könnte evtl. nach Bestellvorgang und abschließender Bezahlung 2 Tage später eine zusätzliche Zahlungsaufforderung kommen.

Ho acquistato varie volte da PandaHall, non ho mai avuto problemi ottimi articoli, ottimi prezzi, assistenza (rispondono in italiano entro le 24 ore) spedizione veloce e sicura con tracciamento (io uso spedizione con Fedex costa di più ma è sicurissima). Attenzione che la dogana vi chiama per avere info, se non rispondete non possono consegnare. Francamente non capisco le recensioni negative hanno comprato anche delle mie amiche e nessuna ha avuto problemi.
PS: se il valore dall'oggetto supera i 150 euro si applicano sia i dazi doganali, sia l'IVA.

I have ordered from Pandahall a few times now and each experience has been great! The products are high quality, the prices can't be beat and the shipping is quick. My last order arrived within a week. If an item isn't in stock they will give you 3 choices...ship anyway, wait or get 20% off of a comparable item. They have a huge selection of craft supplies. I buy jewelry supplies and knotting cord mainly. All correspondence is quick and polite. I will continue to order from Pandahall and will definitely recommend this site to all of my crafty friends.

Attenzione, acquisto per 121 euro arrivato con 67 euro di spese doganali.
Pandahall ha rimaneggiato la fattura post acquisto spostando il valore dell' IVA nelle spese di spedizione. Il valore dell'IVA è sparito dall' invoice doganale e di conseguenza la spedizione in dogana è stata assoggettata a IVA + fees.

PandaHall carries a great variety of quality products for the bead jewelry that I make. I am very pleased with the items I order from them. I am able to order quantities that are cost-effective for me. If an item is not available, they tell me and ask me to choose a substitute. They have tracking on their website, and I am able to see the progress my order is making. Shipping is quick and orders arrive in intact because they are well-packaged. If I have a question, their customer-service liaison is quick to respond.
