I would not bother ordering here. Got most of my order but have been waiting 3 months for an order and they refuse to give me a refund on it. They keep saying they will look into the logistics and it's been received by customs, but have been telling me that for a month. $200 and they refuse to give me a refund and I don't have the package. Temu and Shein are way faster and for almost the same price. It is cheaper here, but if you don't get your package they don't care.

While shipping takes a while (a full month), I was EXTREMELY impressed with the support - on a Sunday, no less - from support rep Anya. She was super friendly, answered almost immediately, found my order in seconds and quickly gave me a password reset link. Service like this will definitely encourage me to place another order! This was my first order from this retailer.

I ordered a bulk shipment of merch for an employee work event. Their prices were the best so far. Ordering was easy. Communication with their customer service team was great. The tracking system was accurate. I will use this company in the future.

I want to share my experience with this company so others can be careful.

On March 22, I requested to transfer my wallet balance (29 USD) to my bank account. Until April 1, I received nothing. When I asked about the delay, they gave no explanation and simply said they would “reprocess” the transfer.

I asked multiple times what happened to the first transaction, but they refused to answer and provided no proof. Instead, they sent me a screenshot showing only that 16 EUR was transferred to my name — which is clearly not equal to 29 USD.

Later, on April 4, I noticed 10 USD still in my wallet. When I asked about it, they claimed it was “goodwill money.” Now it’s obvious this was actually part of my original funds, not any goodwill gesture.

It has been around 20 days, and I still have not received the full amount or any proper proof of transfer.

Their products are not bad, but the quality is inconsistent and recently seems to be declining. More importantly, their customer service is not transparent and does not provide clear answers when problems occur.

There are definitely more reliable and transparent alternatives out there.

Second time ordering bulk socks with this company. They come well packed, wrapped up inside and separated by “type” ordered. Socks are quality, great color, great designs and the price is perfect! They get an A+ from me. Only place I go for bulk socks
